Rupar Tori Hotel & Restaurant

The location was perfect--very close to Ujjayanta Palace, with excellent transportation options and good connectivity via auto-rickshaws to all places. However, the room I stayed in was not up to the mark. As shown in the pictures I have attached, the clothes hanger in the bathroom was broken, the toilet flush was not functioning properly, and the bathroom window was dirty. Additionally, there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom, and the size of the room was extremely small. The amount charged for such a room--1200--is very high given its condition, which is quite pathetic. On the positive side, the restaurant provided good-quality food. The tea I had was excellent, and the non-veg thali was also very good. However, more attention needs to be paid to the condition of the rooms. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. The staff were very rude, and at night, they would party together, making a lot of noise. If you try to complain, they ignore you and use slang. It's an unprofessional hotel that charges too much for low-quality food. Please don't go with your family; it will be a terrible experience.

We went yesterday and ordered Dhaniya Murgh and Butter Naan. Butter naan was good but Dhaniya Murgh was so oily and spicy that I fall sick.

Very bad experience today Chicken was very bad smell.... Pride rice was not well cooked All food taste very bad Totally waste of money....I don't want to go next time..

The room was very unhygienic and small compared to what we paid, The staff were also weird. Even after asking for changing the room multiple times they gave this bad room.

Rude staff , poor room service , stinky meals and unprofessional behaviour. Choose only if your other option is staying on the road!

My overall experience was amazing!! I didn't stay at the hotel but the food in their restaurant was fabulous Their staff service was good! I visited again for the food. The price might feel a bit high but once you have the food it would feel it worth the money! Cash Card UPI Payments mode were available there. I would suggest you try : chilly chicken and chicken fried rice also the butter chicken and specially in break fast their sabzi is really amazing i had with an aloo paratha and curd(not sweet , not sour) I give them overall 8.5/10

My overall experience was great. The rooms are great as per the tariff. Every needed commodity is present in the room. Every day the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. The behavior of the staff is great. A special mention to Samiran Banik and Gopal. They are great people. The food quality was also really good. The only thing that needs to be improved is that sometimes there is a foul smell coming from the pillows and the mattress.
