OYO Somraj Regency

Worst Service.I am feeling harrassed .I have called the number thrice and all the time the executive says to be on hold for 2_3 min but they have kept hold for 20 min yet the room was not booked at all. I had to disconnect the call all the time.please don't book through OYO you people will be harrassed too. Nonsense people they don't value your time.

I just wasted my 2500 rs. My god what a nonsensical environment. No hospitality, i was bitten by 1000s of mosquitos & the water filter was not working. I asked for cleaning they told its clean only. The bathroom was dirty. I didn't get anything even no water complimentary from their side. Very bad. Never book this hotel anyone. They made my trip a living hell.

Guys, please never go in this hotel , I visited here's dirty 'bed cover, pillows,room also, I told to manager for replacing with clean bed sheets and pillow but he not aggred. no TV working ,finaliy i did check out within few hrs. my amout and time has spoiled.

If you don't bother about dirty, nasty and dirty toilet than you can go for it. Toilet conditions are too bad and poor, flash don't work, water speed is almost nil and dirty basin and floor. Bed sheet and comforter was clean as per their claim but i found it was tear and dirty. When i was there it was rainy season and rain water easily enter your room. For all the problems, if you asking help from service they will say, we will do it even they said it's normal if rain water flooded in the room in rainy season They have super fast WiFi (i mean zero power) and there only one place where you can use WiFi that is reception counter area. I will not recommend this hotel.

I booked a double bed non AC room online. The room was small and washroom was smaller. There was only one tiny window just for air circulation and nothing else. But the food quality and room service was up to the mark. The food were a bit overpriced. Overall, not ideal for overnight stay for a family.

Nice place and so amazing people

(For the room they provide us)Worst nightmare, don't even think about going in here.This place is a waste of time and definitely money too. I visited agartala Last month and one autorickshaw driver took us here in this hotel for stay but the rooms here are worst then most of the paid public toilets available. Very dirty rooms, dirty bed and all accessories, not gud lights or fans available, and the bathroom is the worst of all, i don't know how the local authorities are allowing such kind of unhygienic living environment, Govt of Tripura pls look into the matter for public interest.

Be aware before booking room at this hotel online. You can get the rooms available on the online hotel booking apps like Goibibo, OYO etc. but once you reach hotel, they will simply deny you the accommodation saying they have no tie-up with any such online service apps. The management is as poor as it could be.
