Dear guest please don't visit this hotel, room is very small according to the price ,(2x2day=5100 ) washroom was very waste condition.also room service was very poor ..Above all good rating are there given by there staff . Actually Hotel rating is below 1 .

It's under renovation and new construction. But old rooms are not properly maintained. No supply of quilts. The availability of hot water was not there. its tough to stay. Food was O K type

Worst hotel in agartala. Behavior of the owner is very rude. He does not respect anyone. He acts like a goon. The owner doesn't talk to customers he shouts at them.He is literate with big ego. Don't visit this hotel.

I am staying in this hotel for more than 5yrs. gradually service is down, but this time I am very much disappointed. No generator service is there. Not a single person is there after load shedding. My sleep is totally destroy. I am feeling unwell after 1 hour passed . So, pls. don't go for it. I don't want any other person to suffer.

The room was clean, staff polite and room service quick. One particular small boy (a staff) was quick in doing all the work such as carrying bag and doesn't need any reminder if requested once to do something. The bus stop is at a walking distance of 5-10 mins. The lane is full of restaurants and cafes. The only issue was the intermittent WiFi.

The rooms are big as they were bulit so earlier. You cannot expect neatness or service from the staff. There is single switch for all the lights and power points in the room. So if you switched off the light for sleeping then your mobiles cannot be charged. Reception never pick up ur call. Take a Tetanus injection if you used the washroom. That the water tapes are rested.

Located on the main road close to post office junction, the hotel serves mainly floating customers from different parts of the country and adjoining Bangladesh. The restaurant in-house is a good one with a good variety of delicacies. However it needs to add up some continental dishes as well. Rooms are maintained well with moderate facility and furniture. Tariffs reasonable. Conveyance is readily available for railway station and airport.
