OYO Flagship Hotel Gloria Inn

One of the worst hotel I have visited. The staffs were not at all well behaved. With that premium price, the room doesn't give you any accesories, geyser & AC doesn't work. They also don't receive calls for any problem when called.

Very bad service. The manager was very rude and not welcoming. He was not even talking to us properly. The gate closes at 10 pm and one day they cleaned our room without our permission. Wifi was very bad and we had to call them every time if we want to put the AC and the geyser on. Rooms are very old. No cupboard, no shampoo, no hanger, not a basic thing was there. I recommend everyone not to stay here.

The owner Mr Das was an awesome personality. He made us feel at home. Being a Engineering degree holder in Civil he was still a very down to earth man. His hotel was very clean. No wonder ONGC regularly books the whole hotel for its visiting engineers.

Its a decent place to stay at a affordable price. Staff was also behaving well.Rooms are well mantained and hygenic ,neat and clean.The location of the hotel was infront of TMC Hospital and Medical college.It is very easy to book this as we cen book online through app or website and can check the photos of rooms and price .And also we can see the review s given by the other peoples that stayed here who share their good and bad experiences in reviews.At last i can say that its decent hotel at affordable price.I deffinetly recomend peoples to stay at this place.

Hotel is under avarage reting. Room service available but they will not respond in evening and night. Barthrooms are showing good but not working flash. And ****AC will automatic off on morning 4am..... Every time you enter the room, you must request staff for starting AC.... Bed cover and blankets with yellow patches....

Located near Hapaniya Medical College,this hotel is Oyo franchisee however they don't entertain guests who boom this from Oyo app or website. I was told that Oyo has stopped paying them, thankfully I had booked a room from Goibibo. Hotel is in the outskirts and there are plenty of autorickshaws that goes to the town on shared or reserved. Parking will be a challenge and I guess the manager there will help with the parking. They have room service and doesn't allow outside food. In front of the hotel there are couple of dhaba style eateries, clean and hygienic and also cheap compared to the hotel. The hotel provides laundry service at nominal rates and the manager there can arrange autorickshaws if you want to go sightseeing or to the city. Rooms are spacious and comes with air-conditioning and instant water heater, Wifi is available and the elevator is functional. Please check the room before you check-in. The room, # 108, room was clean however there was no water in the washbasin, air-conditioner coil from other room passes through the bathroom and water drips constantly near the WC. When the room was left locked without air-conditioning, there was a strong smell of stagnant water in the room. A good place for short stay, saw many elderly couples and men staying in the hotel, guess I was given an inferior room since it was online booking!

Very poor. Close the door at 10.00. If you are coming with patient please i request dont stay there. The night guard always sleep after drinking. And in any emergency they never open the gate.
