OYO 75159 Hotel Mayapur Palace

Not at all satisfactory. Cons: 1. There is no dining hall. Food is served in the room itself. 2. Food is served in paper plates as there is no adequate number of dish plates is available. 3. Housekeeping did not responded nicely. Room cleaning is done after 11.30am. 4. No blankets are available. Pros: 1. Taste of the food that is served is good.

Rooms are poor. Oyo shoes it under 1000 bt manager dont allow to stay at that price. Mosquitos will give you warm welcome. My honest review is if you want a couple friendly room dont think about money go for premium properties of agartala.

Please don't get fool by booking this hotel! This hotel doesn't allow online booking customers. They denied my online booking but since I was really exhausted with humidity I was forced to book a room offline with extra pay. Thr behaviour was really rude, they denied by booking and said "1500 hamara booking charge he, hamara kisike sath tie up nai he, aapko yaha rahna ho toh offline book karo warna koi aur dhund lo" Also rooms were really dirty with very bad toilet , ac water leakage on room floor, water obstruction in bathrooms, no clean bedsheets, the towels which was provided was really in bad situation with all oil patches plus it was wet towel!! Telephone didn't work over thr! Please don't book this hotel online!!! Don't trust online photos!!

I would like say a very nice hotel, staffs was very polite and service was also good. They have a restaurant also with decent variety of food. Most importantly i got rooms was pretty clean and tidy. I must say value for money.

I will not give any star Water , room service , hygiene , food , price is very bad. I have recently stayed at that place. Worst experience , they are really taking money unnecessary. After that i heard very bad reviews of this hotel from the localitys *can't take name. Please don't go you will be in suffer.

Manager of this Hotel is an awesome person and he manages every room service every employee in a very good order.... Rooms are fine it will come under budget even if you go for AC room...

All rooms doesn't have windows. And no electricity backup. The food is also not so good. Overall its just ok not satisfying the bill.

It's a 3rd class room ..food quality is very bad .. unresponsive staf...... Illegal business inside in this hotel...don't go anyone in this hotel
