OYO 40986 Bijoya Palace

Rooms are congested and services are normal. As per my point of view hotel needs to better services.

First class services and room facilities

It was a horrible experience. I booked the hotel by paying to OYO. On reaching the hotel, the manager denied to allotment any room as he said the money I paid to OYO is less and he asked to pay me Ra. 1000/- more to get a room. I called OYO, the executive, after hearing from me, kept me on hold for 15 mins and never came back. I ended up paying extra money to the hotel to get a room

I had a very very bad experience in this hotel. Both the staff or the owner Nilotpal debbarma had very bad behaviour. The hotel room provide were very bad. 1. No windows in the room. Very very small room. 2. A/c was not working properly. 3. Room was filled with mosquitos. 4. The staff were very bad in behaviour and did not help at all. 5. No windows in hotel and exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. 6. Inspite of repeated complaints the staff did not respond. 7. Ambiance was very bad. 8. Poor water filled with iron. 9. The owner Nilotpal debbarma was inviting earlier but later after checking in did not respond at all. 10. Over all a poor stay and no value to customer. I would encourage people " please do not stay here" there are better options near by like Hotel Rajdhani or Executive Inn. There are many hotels in the same range. DONT BELIEVE OYO AT ALL. FYI, for family or bachelor don't stay at this hotel never. Just a huge waste or money.

At Check-in the staff at reception asked me to pay extra 400, though I showed my booking id & all !!! I didn't understand what's wrong... I have booked the hotel in prepaid, but they still asked me to pay extra !! Then they provided a room which was of no use it had no AC, no TV, the room itself was dirty.. They told me to stay there until any other room is free. So, I'm pretty disappointed at this. Please, look into this matter !

Dirty, water problem in washroom, hygiene is not maintained, bed cloth chair towel everything is dirty, highly charged for breakfast by oyo but hotel did not provide any breakfast. Food quality is also very very bad. It seems that the hotel is opend only for unmarried couple entertainment.

I don't even want to give 1 star. This is the worst hotel. The behavior of the owner is just the worst. I booked from OYO but after reaching there he demanded more 1500 to stay. I suggest you not to go there. Thank you.

It was an awful experience..firstly the staff was useless and didn't give any toiletries..not even towels and bedsheet. On top of that the rooms were dirty as if they haven't been cleaned from ages...there were a lot of unnecessary stuff lying in the room which even on repeated requests weren't cleaned. The place looked very shady.
