OYO 28857 Hotel Rangamati

Overall decent hotel at a decent place. Room service is non-existent, only room cleaning once a day in available and the restaurant is at top floor and rooms are not in a very good shape so overlooking those facts pretty decent place.

Pros: 1. Helpful and well behaved staffs. 2. Reasonable price food at hotels restaurant. 3. Good location. 4. Good stay for the price for AC room. Cons: 1. There was no wifi at room 203 while I stayed. 2. Road noise due to location. 3. Not clean enough, but okay type.

Pros: room, stay, wifi, geyser Cons: food The rooms are clean. The bathroom is clean. The geyser is working. I opted for a single bed room for myself and paid 1000 for one night AC room. Never ever have food at this hotel. They charge crazy high for the worst quality food. I paid 200 rs for two pieces of chicken and a little bit of rice, fried potatoes and daal. They even refused to provide me with some extra gravy. So I advise you to have food at the Grand Hotel. It provides good food at a perfect price.

Very bad experience. Staff's behavior are very bad and rooms are looking dirty . Nd bathroom looks like a public toilet. Rooms are very expensive.

AC single room is very tiny and bathroom water is dirty and red in colour. I am surprised to see three month old reviews of other guests who have also pointed out same issue but hotel management has not take any corrective action to improve service. Hotel manager whom I meet was rude and more importantly you have to pay every day's rent on the very same day even if you stay for longer period, this is general hotel rule according to that manager.

Good hotel for every category of tourist for friends families and couples too. Its a new property with very neat and clean rooms. The staffs are very cordial and pleasant. The tariff was very cheap compared to the rooms they offer. Only one thing missing is the Wi fi . Everything else is just fine

The worst behavior of staff, totally rude and unprofessional. They promised for lower rate when enquired and inspected. But suddenly demanded higher money when reached with family and luggage. Manager soughts himself loud and tells the customer to "keep quite". They speak like gunda of Tripura. No food facility, TV placed but not working, lethargic staff of room service etc will give you worst experience, you may never find at any other place anywhere in India. So, stay in hotel in Tripura but never (even by mistake) in this Wrong mati (When your mati/wisdom goes wrong ). This wrong wisdom may lead you to tension only.
