OYO 28627 Royal Guest House

Did not like the behaviour of the man at the desk. He thought I was posing to be married to get into his hotel and asked too many questions. Then started to give reasons about police strictness. Charged GST without a proper bill. Will not visit again for sure. Other staff is still better. 2 stars are only for those people.

The good thing is the housekeeping people are friendly and this is absolutely single women friendly and safe place to stay. AC room is available. Locality is good and situated in mid of the city and all good places so everything is accessible from here. If food would have been available or quality food would have been available, it would save the soul on rushing morning work. House cleaning staff try doing his or her work nicely. A renovation or a bit maintenance would have worked in the favour of the hotel.

Pathetic guest house rooms and its facilities..Located in such a corner from main road. TV not working, Wifi is banged up for good. Took a booking here because recommended by relatives. I guess even relatives were blind and high af when booked this guest house.. Will never recommend this to anyone coming from outside.. Har sasti cheez achi nahi hoti..Its better to book hotels in the main road. Again stating, it has pathetic service.

This hotel near the Palace compound in Agartala is a basic hotel with no extra ordinary features. The rates are very moderate and the rooms are varied. You may not like this hotel at first sight since the rooms and toilets are not the best you would like them to be BUT trust me, everything works here. The lift, the geysers, the lights, fans, the ACs and the TV all worked much to our surprise. The people here are also so friendly, helpful and warm. Room service is very quick and the food quality super. ||||You might enter here with a frown but trust me, you will leave with a smile. ||||Warning : Those who are looking for star quality amenities and service, this may not be the right place for you. This is good for people travelling on a low budget but expect everything one can expect from a standard hotel.

Very good hotel in Agartala, budget rooms. All staff's are friendly behaviour. Manager also good behaviour. From Agartala airport it will take around 30-40 minutes drive to hotel and most amazing thing is everyone knows this hotel address, there menu card showing food available from 7am-10pm, and i have booked suite room with breakfast and i requested manager if possible please arrange breakfast at 8am because I have to go airport but he told me it's not possible before 9am.

Very very worst roughest behaviour i ever experienced till date ....and the ambience is not like an guest house... moreover its like an postmortem dept. Of medical College....if anyone spend 5 min in this guest house he will never forget the foul smell of the guest house.... rooms are like an worst nightmare.... bathrooms r like an butcher shop....if anybody wants to stay at this guest house....it will be on his own risk....

Place is just outside the Hospital . Rooms are shady , need good maintenance . They have inough parking for car. This place could be the best in agartla for stay but the staff and manager everyone is so lazy and out dated . They barely change the bed sheets or make the room clean . Everything seems so filthy in room like being used for years and years . They have single room ac 750 and non ac 450 but the non AC room is like a Close room looks horrible , ac is little better . And double bed rooms are 1400 and quite big but the interior is still so outdated .
