*Disappointing Experience: Unfair Pricing* Rating: 0/5 I recently stayed [10-11-24] t While the hotel's amenities and services were satisfactory, the billing experience left a sour taste. Before checking in, I was quoted 1500 per night. However, upon checkout, I was surprised to see an additional 200 added to my bill, bringing the total to 1700. No explanation was provided for this discrepancy, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. This lack of transparency and inconsistent pricing has eroded my trust in this hotel. *Issues:* 1. Misleading pricing 2. Unexpected additional charges 3. Poor communication from staff *Recommendation:* Clarify pricing and charges before booking, and be prepared for potential surprises. It's a scam and sadly saying that it's doing by hotel management

Clean rooms. Friendly nature of all the staff. Nice location. Overall experience is good. Little expensive but value for money is satisfied.

Ambience is beautiful, location is also good in the main road opposite Nazrul Kalashetra.. but rooms are not so spacious, food is medium, can be improved more.

Very good hotel with helpful staffs and very good quality food

I'd booked for 2 nights, room was supposed to be with AC but was only blowing air. When you ask the staff, they just evade and say it will work in a while, everytime you complain a new staff comes in but gives the same reason and when asked to change rooms they say hotel is full, once you stop being nice and put your foot down and voila suddenly the room next to you with a working AC is vacant and they shift you there. Overall a place best avoided unless desperate to find a place and entire Agartala is full i advice not to book.

The room was not clean at all. There was hair on the bed sheet.This is not a 3 star level hotel at all.

Rooms are compact and elegant. Good for solo travellers and families. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. Lift facility and generator back up is there. Well trained staff and beautiful lobby. Ujjayyanta Palace and Jagannath temple is 1.5 km from this place. Share Autos to Railway station and bus stand is available from this hotel.

The hotel is good but they really need to work more on maintaining the cleanliness.
