Hotel Welcome Palace

Sub standard 90s era room,Location is great.Breakfast is fine. Bed sheet and Linen are not so clean as i expected.

The outlook of the hotels is good , but the rooms are very old. The wallpapers got worn off, the phones were not working to reach out to reception. However we had a very early check out and requested for packed breakfast. The hotel provided us in a near manner .

Quite unfortunate to stay at this place as the breakfast and room services hardly qualify for 3 star. No geyser in room 401, telephone not operational, tata sky was not recharged, wifi does connect however without internet at the morning, ac without remote, lift can get stuck midway and finally reception staff lacks hospitality to atleast smile.

Stayed during Durga Puja. Rooms and amenities inside are horrendous compared to the amount of money they are charging. Apart from that, the lady receptionist behaviour who works in morning shift is like CEO of a company. I don't recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay with my family! My room was nothing short of spectacular, showcasing a remarkable attention to cleanliness. It was well-appointed with all the amenities one could ask for, making it a truly comfortable experience. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Plus, the location couldn't have been better. Highly recommend!"

We stayed 1 night in that hotel, we stayed in room no 401. An employee of the hotel name: Anjan Das , served us food as per our choice, and he is very polite and hospitable

Worst hotel I ever stayed in, and would re come no one to go for it, many other better options available nearby. My experience: I kept calling reception and room service entire night for drinking water but no one cared to even respond, and many more similar incident. And overall the hotel was very old, not properly maintained, it's like a regular B-grade hotel

Hotel is centrally located service staff is good check inns are little tricky overall pleasant stay on top food is excellent
