What a disappointing place, firstly the hotel receptionist was so unwelcoming, he didn't care even if we booked a room or not, secondly there's no lift and we had to climb the top floor, the towels were dirty and used, no geyser in a room that costs 1700, very weak water pressure in the taps and shower, lazy and unbothered staff, and inspite of wifi routers right at the corridor, we were rejected when asked for password with the reason wifi only works in the ground floor. Please try other hotels, there are plenty around the railway station gate, don't be fooled by their good ratings!! Never coming back here again.

Junior staff behaviour very very bad. demand too much extra for time extension 3 hrs.

The hotel is very good and located in a good place. The manager and other staff are good and cooperative. They advised us in a restaurant which is nearby and Service towards us was very praiseworthy. The room where we stayed is spacious and cleanliness is maintained to high degree.

The hotel is just adjacent to the agartala railway station.hardly 150 meters from the platform.the rooms are good and clean.rooms cost Rs.1200 on twin sharing basis.Only disadvantage is that donot have an exhaust and a geyser in the bathroom.They donot have their own kitchen but can bring you food if you donot want to go out . Recommended for stay with family or friends.

The hotel was not bad , but the so called owner of the property namely RANBEER (Jamai Raja/ son in law) sitting there as receptionist was not good ,, his behaviour was very bad & rude ,, In our 2days stay he came 3times to fight with us .. but the actual manager of the hotel was very polite and friendly. So I request the owner to please remove the so called owner from the job as soon as possible otherwise he will destroy your hotel's reputation.. Thank you

Located just near the Agartala railway station. The rooms and services was good. You can order food from swiggy or zomato. Easily accessible to town.
