Hotel Sarada

Price is high but 3rd class hotel. Very bad room service. Water just like yellow color. Bathroom quality very bad. Never visit this hotel.

Rooms are okay & clean. Should not be a bad option if you are looking for a room in prime location at agartala in low budget. Staffs are friendly. But don't expect high end services here. Both Ac & non ac rooms with tv & attached bath available.

worst hotel service..They don't know how to respect their guests. I have rented a room then suddenly I connected my charger with the electricity then the room electricity gone that time their boy came to my room and shouted me like they will come beat me why I connect my charger. Then they repaired it and fined me the whole cost. Really disappointing experience ever. Don't rent their room.

Without soap nothing offers complementary with the room. Room size is okay but not clean enougj. Location is good. Vishal Market, Ujjayanta Palace, Battala is very close to the hotel. Price is relativism inexpensive. Overall is good.

Very bad hotel which charges a lot. The rooms are really small and dirty. The bathrooms are poorly designed (water logging, water comes out from under the door to the room) and very unhygienic. Drinking water is only available as bottled mineral water and is charged extra. To give you a rough idea, a small non AC room is charged 800/-! There's barely any free floor space! Ventilation is awful. The corridor and the rooms were filled with cigarette/bidi odour as some people in the neighbouring rooms were smoking. The location is a pro, as it is located near the city centre, because of which though, there's no view from the rooms. Food is also not available here, however, there's a restaurant in the same building which serves great Bengali food. The hotel has CCTV cameras all over. The manager is a decent fellow. Of the hotel staff that served us, one was very helpful, the other was pretty rude.

Very affordable , clean and in Prime location. In house restaurant us not available but they serves in rooms from outside. I must say it's one of the best budget hotel near city center. Staff's is also very nice anf cooperative.... power backup, LED tv, Fan , attached bathroom/washroom facilities available. Sadly there is no lift, no in house kitchen, no telephone, no Ac ....in this hotel.. In terms of cost they justifies what they offers.

The rooms are ok ,could be better . But the staff of the hotel are very good . They provide every service possible and they are quick. Fooding is not available but they will bring you your desired food anytime you want it. It is a cheap hotel but it needs to be maintained and redecorated a bit...... My experience staying in this hotel was good. Will COME back again!!

Very bad and menial service, rude staff, poor quality of rooms. Water quality is very unhygienic and the toilets are horrific. No geysers as well. No balconies. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO NOT STAY HERE. NOT WORTH A PENNY OF THE 1500 RUPEES THEY CHARGED FOR A DOUBLE ROOM.
