Hotel Raj Palace

Considering prices for the room, you might be satisfied, but when you see a big visible CC camera in the room, what will be your reactions? They don't care about guests' privacy.

Hotel Raj palace, location was very good, Is never by bottola, within 2 km Agartala city center, reliance smart bazar big bazaar, bazar Kolkata, and lots of shopping centre near the hotel. This hotel service is not good, Washroom not clean . Hotel room service not good. Staff behaviour not up to the standard. They did not provide any tissue any water bottle or slipper, Old dirty blanket, hotel room doors lock system very old system.

Located under Battala flyover, near ti market, can easily get Autos. Hotel dront side is under renovation. Stayed with Family for 3 days from Nov 29th. Room was dirty and had to call for cleaning, blankets provided had foul smell and asked to be taken away and get some sheets instead. Room was damp with no ventilation, so had to switch on AC and fan as it was getting suffocating. Pillows are very hard, cannot sleep, you will get neck pain the next morning No kitchen/ restaurant service within hotel, if you need anything they can get it. No mat outside bathroom, so if you are coming out of bathroom with wet feet, be careful as you can slip and fall down. Last choice to stay here, so I switched hotels, much better in similar range.

Basically good hotel.

Nothing works here. Rooms are super dirty. Beds are squeaky and noisy. Wifi, TV, Grease nothing worked for us. Asked for assistant, they didn't do anything about it. Very very poor experience. Don't go there.

It was good experience for a short time stay in the hotel. The hotel staffs were very nice and was very generous to let us staytay until 2 PM though the check out time wass 12pm. There was a TV and AC in the room. also there was a small Gyser for hot water though not so effective. The location is good. You may find the rent is little high for the room but 4 people can easily stay in the room.

Nice hotel at affordable price, single accomodation available with AC/non-AC category, double room/family rooms are available with all amenities like 24 hours tv/telephone/water and above all room service. Cleanliness is maintained properly. Food provided in the room is testy and not so costly. Staff behaviour is well and good.

Not good. I stayed there for three days. Rooms are very small. No ventilation. Power problem is there. Other than night they wont start generator. Smell of bathroom you feel if someone get inside. Rate is too high but facility nil.
