Stayed here for a night. The hotel is under renovation and we got a newly renovated room and it was really very good. Furnishing is great, the beds are comfy, rooms and bathrooms are well equipped with the necessary needs and are very clean. The room service is great, staff members are very well mannered and helpful, they have food service too and the food is good. Overall, it was great. I highly recommend a stay at this place.

Plus to all the features. Good location,Good rooms, Great food, nice service and fast WiFi. And best of all if you are staying in room 404(for IT guys, I found the room btw), expect sweet knocks early in the morning by Birds.

Double bed executive rooms are smaller than standard size. The wash room is not cleaned regularly. No wiper and bin was available....no dining hall...food served in the room on a small tea table...ideal for sales people...not for tourists and family...but the location is good...cooked food served and good enough.

I preferred that area because it was a walking distance from the Ujjayanta Palace, also known as Tripura State Museum. On the contrary, there was not much good restaurants to have meal. You have to go for a kilometer to have breakfast. There was a wholesale market and a fruit market nearby which can be considered as pros. Rooms are average, but neat and clean. Room service was good, behavior was good also. Rent for the room was also reasonable. Overall, good to stay in tight budgets.

This is one of the best hotels in Agartala. But make sure you book it through some booking site to avail best rates. Direct booking means most probably you need to pay extra for the same booking. |They have a decent restaurant which is moderately priced. The location is good, but the approach road is not in great shape due to a flyover construction. Staffs are well mannered and helpful.||

The general cleanliness of this place leaves much to be desired, but given that most hotels in Agaratala are this way, I am not sure how eager the hotel will be to improve on this count. I lived in two hotels in Agartala during my trip and this was one of the two. As a solo woman traveler, I did not feel unsafe here in any way. Plus,the hotel is centrally located which was a huge plus since the bazaars were a short walk away. I did not like the fact that they handed me a bottle of water without specifying that it was not complimentary and then billed me exorbitantly for it. They did make sure that an auto was available for me to board for my morning flight at a very reasonable rate. I really really wish that the general hygiene and cleanliness of this place could be improved. Nothing which a good cleaning down can't solve and will help make the stay more pleasant for travelers. Wonder why hotels in Agartala are like this. I booked this place through GoIbibo since this portal services smaller towns in India.
