Hotel Polo Towers Agartala

Well this was my third visit to Hotel Polo Towers Agartala but this time I went to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. The stay was wonderful and comfortable as usual, the buffet breakfast was great with wide range covering varieties including continental foods, I personally prefer the English breakfast. I have been to the pool and the gym and they are at par any 5 star standards. Above all, the team arranged a wonderful Birthday surprise for me, thanks to Barnali and Sashi Chef from the core of my heart for making my day special. Looking forward to more stays in the near future. Thank you!

They are a class a part !!!! Polo Tower may be a little pricey, but trust me they are a class apart ! Starting from the size of the hotel ( it says a lot about your intent of providing quality service), from the point you enter the hotel (the checking of car - none of the hotels does this at agartala - it engages manpower so is money) to the hospitable emvironment of the front office. Now if i talk about the rooms - SPACIOUS - one word ! with good room, aminities and ergonomics. Ergonimics may be a little underrated word but it addes a lot to your efficiency. I like the rooms a lot.. Having stayed in other small hotels in agartala ( many a times i have felt so low at other small hotels, though that hotel was so new and clean) I feel that I really find myself at ease and at home with Polo Tower. And of course did I mention of the front office manager - Joydip - He is just very friendly and helping. Now coming to the food and the ground floor restaurant - It has wide open outdoor sitting arrangement too with a good bar. I must mention of Purnima Mog who now knows what food I like and takes care of me well. Trust me guys, these people could not make me write a review because of my busy schedule but now after having stayed here in polo tower for such a long time and after having explored all hotels in Agartala I am writting this review as I really feel that this hotel is the best in class hotel inside tripura and they really bring the 5 star culture to our small state of Tripura. I recently had a fantastic experience with them.From the moment I reached out, their withdraw service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. The quality of the service .I received was impressive. It met all my expectations and then some. I also appreciated the reasonable pricing, which made it a great value for what I got. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for type of service. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Had booked Premier room for 1 night. Did arrange a room little earlier than scheduled check in time since i had informed earlier even though they were almost running full. Rooms are cozy and rollway bed was arranged for the kid on request. Splash pool is maintained well. Has Polo mall in the same complex where kids can have good time for play area etc.

1. Food Quality: The food was extremely stale. We had opted for the MAP plan, and unfortunately, the menu remained unchanged for all three days of our stay. The food served to us seemed like leftovers, and the pulses were excessively salty. Moreover, guests on the MAP plan are given the least priority compared to those ordering from the restaurant. 2. Staff & Hospitality: Having traveled extensively and stayed at numerous hotels, I found the hospitality at this so-called "5-star" hotel to be severely lacking. The staff seemed more interested in judging guests based on their appearance rather than providing quality service. This was deeply unsettling. Additionally, they persistently pressured us to leave positive feedback, which was the last thing I expected from a reputed establishment. 3. Transport Restrictions: I fail to understand why the hotel does not allow auto-rickshaws inside, especially given that in Agartala, autos are primarily available through cab booking apps. The way the security personnel reprimanded the auto driver for merely waiting at the gate was extremely disrespectful, even though we were inside the vehicle. 4. Final Thoughts: I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously. It seems they are complacent simply because they are one of the few available options. However, I will certainly explore other alternatives the next time I visit.

The staff were welcoming and provided everything we could need. Housekeeping was fun and creative. They even displayed a Happy Birthday sign out of marigolds for us. |The towel art was creative and different everyday. |Thank you to housekeeping Sanjit and Deep for professionalism and fun.

1. Very delightful stay at polo tower, one of the best in Tripura. The centre of attraction is restaurant and its breakfast buffet, Great taste and quality .And meeting an energetic personality Barnali during breakfast is speechless, she always remember my likings and preferences. I recently had a family dine-in at polo towers and I really had a pronounced experience with the service.. The service man was very gentle and courteous also the food was very tasty.. It was totally worth it... Great going polo towers
