Hotel Palace Inn

The worst hotel in the whole city of Tripura. Not well furnished, bad smelling room's, towels, AC out of work, curtains look like they have been used in car washing. Never ever choose this worst hotel.

Only good thing about this place is the location, everything else is bad. The rooms are pathetic and not worth the price at all

One of the worst hotels i have ever seen. No room service, bad smelling room's, AC not properly working, bad towels and bad to worst food quality, bathrooms are out of work. I will not prefer to book this worst hotel.

Nice palace to stay room r good food too very good ....the staff is very good the rooms and butroom are clean ... the hotels in the main town ..rajbari is 5minit warking from the hotel overall nice

nice hotel with fair prices u can get good rooms in 1300 or normal in 1000 so go for it

My recent stay was quite disappointing. The room was far from what was advertised online--cramped, poorly lit, and not very clean. The bedding seemed old and worn out, and the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor. The service was subpar as well. Despite multiple requests, housekeeping was slow to respond, and the staff seemed indifferent to the issues raised. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, making the room uncomfortably warm, and it took several hours for maintenance to address the problem. The breakfast buffet was another letdown. The food lacked variety and freshness, and the dining area was not well-maintained. Overall, the stay at Royal Inn was far from satisfactory, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. There are definitely better options available in the area.
