Hotel Joy Raam

Needs to improve customer friendly service at Reception for better servicing. Showing no respect.

Booked the hotel three days ago , but when we entered we found a dirty room as well as bathroom, the pillow was too heavy & bed sheet was also not clean , frequent power cut specially at night during sleep hours, only positive side is location which is very near to station and budget friendly. Not recommended to stay with family.

Checked in the hotel April 2023, as of today the double occupancy room is 600/- (standard size) which is my point of view is a great budget friendly hotel. Location is just near to the Gate of Agartala Railway Station. Services are ok not bad, rooms & bathroom are clean but pillows & bed sheets are very dirty, so I had to change but still the new ones are also dirty. As of today the area of the Railway Station is still under development so not a good place to find good quality foods. Still there is a Maya Hotel just opposite to the Joy Ram Hotel, i find the veg or non veg thali is good feels homely. Overall my personal experience is good not extraordinary, best for 2 days stay. Jio service inside the is poor but Airtel is good.

Checked in on 20th July 2022. Room was clean and bathroom was sparkling clean. Bed, pilllows and cushions were clean and comfortable. The hotel owner was very helpfull and cooperative. Staff behaviour was also very good. I would suggest everyone to stay in this hotel. The hotels room rent is reasonable and in budget range. However food service was not there. So I was hoping to get food service when I checked in. Rest all okay

Bedcover and blanket are not cleaned and smells bad.

The location is very good, near the station but the rooms were unclean, service was not good, shower and taps were not working, bucket was broken , could not retain the water. The overall experience was not good .

Rooms and services are kind of okay but the reception and location of the hotel is great. Just outside of the Agartala railway station and also affordable.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed. No safety for families. Rude drunken behaviour of owner of the hotel.
