HOTEL JAIPUR PALACE { Reopen }

The hotel room is not clean and hotel services is not good.

At the time of my stay, I didn't find this hotel to be quite reliable due to multiple reasons such as there are no room services, rooms are not so well finished, lacking in hygiene and cleanliness, hotel staffs are not available quite often and also not so cooperative. And the most wired part is that the hotel's elevator doesn't remain at its service after 10 o'clock at night. Can't say anything about the food as I didn't try it out by myself. Although I hope they must have worked on these things as it's been too long since I stayed in there.

The room is not that big, but quite spacious for two people! |The staff is very cooperative and friendly.|Dinner and menu breakfast was also good . Though there was only vegetarian food during my two-day stay in the hotel, food was very good.|I highly recommend this place! You won't be disappointed!

Not very good quality rooms available. wardrobes are dirty. Tables are dirty. You need to eat dinner before 8:30 pm, otherwise you don't get any food. Lift is old patterned, slow, stops sometimes. Wifi available. Lack of professional behaviour. Can stay for one night in case of urgency.

Hotels in Agartala, Tripura ARE EXPENSIVE. As far as this hotel is concerned, here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1) The hotel staff is helpful and polite. 2) location is good. Cons; 1) Rooms are not maintained well. They are not exactly dirty but very ill maintained. 2) Bedsheets and pillow covers are over used and look unclean, especially the blanket. 3) Because the hotel is situated behind a drain, lots of mosquitos are there. You may need to keep the window closed. 4) There are enough bedbugs to spoil your sleep. Hotels in Tripura are either too good or very average. Be careful while booking. If you want to stay for more than one night and are with family avoid staying here. This is okay for one night stay. I personally will not recommend this hotel. And NEVER EVER book your hotel through 'travelguru'.

I stayed at Hotel Jaipur Palace in Agartala for three nights. The hotel is centrally located and a short walk from the motor stand, but that is about all. I booked it through GoIbibo and the rooms were terrible, the bathrooms unclean which has been my experience in both the hotels I stayed in Agartala. The hotel is itself located next to sewage drain. One of the staff at this hotel was creepy and as a solo woman traveler it did not make me feel particularly safe. He would appear bare chested and also asked me several questions about where I am from. I think it was perhaps the novelty of having a solo woman traveler check in and he just did a bad job of expressing his curiosity, but it made me a little nervous.

I recently came from Agartala, as I went to visit 'Maatabari' with my family and relatives. The rooms are clean, room charges are very good, as non AC room @800/- per day & AC room @999/- per day. They can expence some amount on cleaning.They also help us in getting a taxi to visit the city & the temple. Food was a bit costly but it happens when we get food in our rooms.

I was stayed in this hotel, room are very poor quality, no pest pest control. Can imagine what kind of problem I face douring that night. Only good thing food quality are good and room service boys behave are very good
