I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the culinary experience. The food was exquisite, with each dish expertly prepared and presented.The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring that our every need was met.The ambiance was warm and inviting, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. The food quality and quantity both was good and deliciousand the food Price was very affordable. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a exceptional dining experience.

1. Unhygienic Conditions - The bedsheets in my room remained unchanged for 3-4 days, and the cleaning staff never approached us, despite our stay. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. 2. Unhelpful Staff - I misplaced my room key and informed the reception. Instead of providing assistance, I was asked to search for the key myself. Due to this, my room remained unlocked for two days, creating a serious security risk. 3. Unjustified Charges - My friend, who was also staying at the hotel, was unfairly charged 2,000 for a minor stain on the bedsheet. The way the staff handled the situation was unprofessional and unacceptable. 4. Rude Behavior - When we raised our concerns about cleanliness and services at the time of checkout, the staff disregarded our complaints and treated us poorly. 5.

The air is fresh, and the AC is a welcome relief from the heat. But the real star is the food. The Chicken Biryani was exceptional - honestly, the best I've had in Agartala. It tasted like something from a royal kitchen. I'm genuinely surprised it's not more popular, especially considering the reasonable prices. *Horrible experience* 1. Unjustified Charge for Bedsheet Stain: I was charged an unreasonable amount of 2000 for a small dal stain on the bedsheet. This seems excessive, especially since normal wear and tear should be expected in hospitality services. 2. Lack of Housekeeping Services: Throughout my three-day stay, the bedsheets were not changed even once, nor did any cleaning staff approach for housekeeping services. This was not up to standard. 3. Misleading Complimentary Services: The hotel listing mentioned complimentary tea and coffee in the room. However, except for the first day, I was not provided with any tea/coffee packets, even after requesting them.

If you stay in this hotel ensure that they gave you new stainless bedsheet. During checkout was taken aback when the hotel manager insisted I pay a 2000 penalty for a mysterious stain on the bedsheet. The staff claimed it was destruction of hotel property, but I was certain I hadn't caused it. Upon re-examining the stain with the staff, I pointed out that it resembled permanent marker or paint. I argued that I hadn't noticed the stain earlier, had barely spent time in the room, and that it was likely an oversight from a previous guest. The manager initially held me responsible, citing difficulties in judging customers. However, when the staff produced the bedsheet, I demonstrated that it was old and likely carried the stain from before my stay. The manager eventually waived the penalty, acknowledging the bedsheet's age. Although the issue was resolved, I was disappointed by the manager's initial accusatory behavior and lack of trust in his guests.

I was stay in the hotel for two days. The morning receptionist was to rude to talk. Resturent staff not received my call for order food. After that I visit resturent for dinner they told me to order food from room. Again I return to room and called reception for food. When the staff bring my dinner I request him to provide me the separate food bill. He told the reception. The (morning)receptionist called me and rudely said why I request bill to the staff. He didn't patient to listen my word and disconnected call. On next day morning I meet the receptionist to ask with his behavior last night, he just told me that he had many guest and he has no time to talk with me. He was too rude at the morning. Another receptionist I meet 2nd day evening was polite. Delux room was too small to stay. Overall I have disaster experience with the hotel. I request the owner to look with his staff.

Very unprofessional and rude Manager, poorly managed hotel. It's RISKY to stay here. The hotel owner shall train the Manager Mithun Datta. Very badly manages the hotel leading to very bad guest experiences.

Nice stay. Service, hospitality and food quality, all are excellent.
