The most dirtiest hotel in Agartala, rooms and bathroom are very dirty. Front office management is very ill mannered. Ask for different rent at the time of checkout . No TV and they don't even provide towels or bath soap. Overall very bad experience. I will never suggest this to anyone.

Food is very expensive. You won't get tea in the morning as they don't have in-house kitchen staff. Geyser doesn't work properly They don't provide toiletries, if you ask for, they only give a toilet soap. Bathroom isn't clean. The hotel isn't clean enough, you may also find mosquitoes at night which won't let you sleep properly.

The hotel does not look so good from outside but it is reasonably good at its price range specially AC rooms. I stayed for more than 7 days. Food is ok. Service is good but you need to remind them twice if you need something.

Dont stay in this hotel, service is very poor no its worst, they could not able to provide a towel even their bed sheet is dirty which could not be replaced due to shortage. ||Water coming inside the room from bathroom, electrical wire of AC is hanging near to bed without conceal which is hazardous. room no 302.

Great hotel location with amazing views. Excellent staff, service and food. Hilal and team did an excellent job at accommodating guests. Kitchen closes early at night but overall good service and variety.

I have to tell u guys franckly that this is a good hotel in a great locality at Agartala. Rooms are spacious and hospitality is good. I am regular to Agartala and would surely come here again. Keep up the good work and to hotel mamagement plz dont increase room rate exorbitantly.

Worst exp. They will not provide u even drinking water. No facility no food. Even u have to ask for toilet soap.

Good budget hotel. Clean corridors. Room very clean.
