Hotel Haven Intercontinental

Day by day they have deteriorated their services.. The lady at the reception is seems to be a mental patient, she doesn't know how to behave & treat their guest. She advised me to complain to the hotel owner about anything.. such a stupid lady. They are serving rice in the breakfast.. that's horrible. The quality of bed sheets, pillow etc seems to be railway station lodge category. I have stayed so many times there but now onwards, I have made my mind to not stay anymore. Even I advise people not to book at this hotel to experience a horrible staying..

Came to Tripura many times for my matches. Such a cool hotel I have never experienced. Service, Food were too good. Especially, Tirtha, Moon and Sudakshina who being the staff of this hotel delivered their best to meet our needs as and when required.

Hi, according to my observation... Everyday I had almost same type of breakfast.... These things are reflecting hotel management officials are not looking for guest satisfaction...so i request to official please take care for breakfast menu.... For better business growth... Thank you

First of all, all I wanna say since when I landed in the city of agartala, tripura; to my surprise I got astonished of the behavior of each people belongs to that city; the generosity and welcoming nature, it's just made me feel wow. Let's come to the hotel service till now I think it's the first time I'm waiting review for a hotel, I just don't write, don't actually feel so. Because unless something got really connected there is no need for to be precise. The humbleness, well mannered staff, they are just jewel of this hotel. I wanna wrap this up by remembering one incident, I'm allergic to cold, that's why doctor suggested before going to bed I must apply mustard oil on my foot ; I called room service at 11 o'clock night and requested for mustard oil, they send oil in my room within two minutes; what more should I say now. Thank you. God bless you all

Services and room services is not good. Room are very dirty and services third class. Room maintenance worst condition.. After complaining to Gm he is silent. Just listening and not having any reply... There is moral for Gm just a watch dogs just listening silently

Pathetic experience on the day of arrival Damp Walls, water splitting from AC.(Room No 108) However got shifted to a room on the 6th floor which was much better (206). Room decor should be taken care of. Otherwise very cordial staffs.

Good hotel in pocket friendly budget. Reception and Restaurant staff are very polite in behaviour. Location is superb.

They opened the room for cleaning and they didn't lock the room till i came and saw, when i complained regarding this, one of the receptionist behaved rudely told me to review on google. That's what I did.
