Hotel City Centre - Best Agartala Hotel

Room is average compared to the price, service is pathetic for me as I experienced TV not working and after several reminders also the receptionist making fake promises that he was sending someone but none arrived for two days. You need to order your food by 10 never seen it before in short you will get much better hotels nearby this location.

All room is very bad,own behaviour is very bad that's why hotel staffs no longer stay.last 26 march 2025 I check in hotel, but room tap is problem also ac was problem.i complaint reception, next day reception change my room, but owner at call me and he asked me why I changed room.

Hi, This is an honest review from my stay at this hotel Hotel city centre 1. The price of lodging plus food is way expensive than their quality, never in my life I have had mix veg sabji with that much of water. 2. Paid 2240 with gst per day yet in my room there tv was not working, it showed please recharge to make it functional, the AC remote was not given, also the room was not that neat and clean and of course not worth rs 2240 3. For everything they require your signature, like for every food you order, every time you have to make your signature, never in my life I have made so many. And believe me this is just one example 4. They ask for everyday payment, I had a quarrel with the authorised person regarding the same, and somehow he agreed for payment on checkout day. Overall the experience was horrible For simple order like bread toast and red tea they need 30-45 mins Also for dinner you have to order it latest by 8:30 if you are late by 5-10 mins They say "Arrey sir! You are late, you need to make your order before 8:30, now again I have to make my cook work for another 30 mins" Worst experience I ever had in any hotel Apart from location nothing is good

Its one thing to be a bad hotel and another thing to be the worst possible hotel but this hotel has surpassed even that. I would highly not recommend. P.s. Saw some shady looking bangladeshi nationals checking in with their passport , concentrate on the shady part instead of the nationality part.

Very unprofessional,they don't have staff and dirty rooms ,bathrooms, and blankets was rip.don't waste ur money here.its worst hotel in Agartala

Very bad service in my life. Room 0 Service 0 Staff behaviour 0 Room are not clean TV not working. Worst service total losss I will never come if I remember in my life.

Very bad experience with us.. We booked 2 Deluxe AC ROOM for us but the Ac were not working properly and Old model Box T V were on the room which is not working properly . Wi fi Speed is very low . Room rent is very high Rs 2400/- Per Room .

Staf are very unprofessional.It took 1.5 hour to give half litre of water.
