Worst hotel i have ever seen, behaviour of the staff is pathetic. Search for other hotels nearby, you can get a better one in this price range.

Very bad, smelly, dirty, everything is broken. I've never experienced this low category hotel in my life. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone. Location is good but the room and services are very bad. Nothing works properly in the room not even a switch.

I have been to this hotel several times and every time I go there I find it getting worse and worse. The only pros of this hotel are its good location and that the rooms are spacious. Otherwise you won't find any good points. The following are the cons - 1. There were several rats in the rooms especially in the first floor. I couldn't sleep at all. I complained it next day but they couldn't do anything about it unfortunately. 2. The rooms are damp. There is a peculiar damp smell in all the rooms. 3. During night time, after 12 midnight, when there is a loadshedding, they sometimes do not turn on the generator. 4. They do not accept credit cards or debit cards which is a bit surprising. 5. The nearby cinema hall won't let you rest at all. The sounds keep on vibrating throughout the building till 11pm everyday.

Family can stay 3 to 4 days on 1st floor & 2nd floor, Rooms are clean but without ventilation long waiting time for lunch and dinner for every food order Only location is the best with smart bazar & other small shopping mall

Rooms are old ... and food is awful..water is at 35+ gst chilly paneer is 250+gst...stayed with a map plan but was served unwanted and undeserved meal.. ... it is far better in hotel haven with prices of food much less than this - water at 20 and chilly paneer at 150.

I stayed here with family in an AC Deluxe double bed room in 22nd October 2018. The bed was of great size and rooms were sound proof, location was best- at the centre of Agartala in the same building of Big Bazaar Agartala. I found good food is served in the room at a very reasonable price in this hotel. But the room continuously having the odour of smoked cigarette(we don't smoke) . The service is poor in this hotel as I have to ask for 3 times for someone to spray room freshner. Strangely even after spraying room freshner the smell comes back after 2 hours which is irritating. There is no option of drinking water. You have to buy mineral water. Drain pipe of bathroom is choked so water drains out very slowly. Therefore we could not have a wash.

It is a very good Hotel located in the mall. The rooms were clean and hygienic and spacious. Staff wear Cooperative and kind persons. Hand me a lot for local guidance and the manager was a very helpful person. The hotel serve very tasty breakfast. Liked my stay. Hope to visit again

This hotel is a worst hotel All windows are covered with sealed glass, so room has no ventilation. Toilet also has no ventilation hence bad smell from the pipelines filling the rooms. No mat in front of toilet All power plugs are broken hence you will not be able to charge your mobile Tv with no cable connection Intercom not working Toilet lock is broken Cockroaches running all around Spiders all around. Fan seems to have never been cleaned Fan moving at 1 point speed only AC for show only the skeleton of AC in room hence not cooling
