Hotel Anurag Palace

Rooms are super clean with spacious rooms that make for a comfortable stay. It's in a prime location. The staff is friendly and the service is really good. It's also budget-friendly, making it a perfect choice for a comfortable stay in a prime location

We went there in a group of seven and had a terrible experience. We have booked a twin beds room, there was only one bed instead of another bed they gave us a mattress saying deluxe rooms are full. Our Room was so dirty full of mosquitoes and i also found one bed bug on the floor. It was impossible to use the washroom even for a minute as there were uncountable mosquitoes 24x7. Bedsheets, pillow cover everything was filthy, they do not provide complimentary coffee tea and sugar sachets in the room neither any water bottles. Due to the lack of a restaurant of their own, you are forced to eat out or have food brought for you from a nearby restaurant, which may be somewhat pricey. Overall we had a bad experience staying there

I traveled solo for work and had a great experience. The owner was generous and went out of their way to assist me, even arranging an airport pickup and providing a room to freshen up before work as I arrived in the morning wah before my checkin time. The location is convenient, situated in the main market area with easy access to rickshaws from a nearby stand. The rooms are comfortable, though a slight price adjustment could make them even more appealing.

Rooms were very clean and hygienic, and common areas were well-maintained. Lift facility available. Service was prompt and good. Overall a comfortable stay

Worst ever experience to stay in a hotel in a capital city.Rooms are too much decorated looks like a showroom of a tiles shop! Neither it is a DJ room nor somebody will dance here!Too small (NAC) rooms.Dustbin placed in the passage to the washroom!No other space to keep it.No balcony and the width of the corridor might be 2' only.Dirty water coming through the tap which is unsuitable to use.Staff informed that this type of water standard is available throughout Agartala city which is not true.We planned to spent there 3 nights but we bound to checked out on next day. An electric kettle is available there without any tea/coffee kits.Purpose of keeping kettle was not understood and this is my first ever experience after making tours within and outside of my Country! In short, interest of boarders are completely ignored here and business is first there with low mentality. After checked out we checked in a Guest house in Agartala.Rooms and staffs are at least 5 times better than this hotel.This hotel is sufficient to carry a bad impression on Agartala. I hope they must improve the comfort level and minimum facilities for the borders. Tourists are find for clean,comfort rooms and wash rooms,not in search for designed and decorated tiles,lights which are not important to spent a quality time.

The hotel rooms are very well maintained and service is really good. Hotel has lift available and rooms and common areas are kept very clean.
