Hotel Airdrop

Absolutely disgusting hotel with non-existent members of staff or staff with bad attitude. My room floor was absolutely filthy with hairs on the floor, there were stains on the bedsheet, and there were no working sockets which meant I could not charge my phone over the night. These were just some of the many things wrong with my room. I emailed the hotel to resolve this and their suggestion was to offer me a discount on my next stay, and that within a couple months or so which I thought was disgusting. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I am impressed by a lot of things that the place has to offer (in town of Agartala). The way Mr. Shiv has been handling hospitality is commendable . Last few days one of our crews staying here were sick & Mr Kaushik took no stones unturned to help him with fruit basket . There is this server named Shanti , he comes up with fresh food with a smile and grace . The entire team deserves applause for thier dedication and hardwork . Kudos Airdrop Team , keep Soaring

Few small things need to be taken care of, else its a damn good one. The front office during my stay has been fast, efficient. Room service is okay, can be faster while house keeping does a fair job. Some of the food items are yummy but unnecessarily expensive and especially at a tiny city like Agartala. A cup of tea costs Rs 104 which is exorbitant. Kaushik at front office is very co-operative and nice professional. Location is good as its hardly 1.5 kms from airport but cut off from main city. Beds are cosy, bathrooms are good and super clean.

The hotel is decent overall, but there is room for improvement in floor cleanliness, as it feels sticky and uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. Additionally, it's advisable to keep the windows closed, as the nearby cattle houses may attract bugs that could enter the room.

Attended a birthday celebration held in the hotel's basement. The ambiance was fairly standard, and the service was largely self-directed, with no staff available to guide guests to the event location.
