Willow Springs

Overall experience was ok ok. I travelled almost 2 1/2 hour to reach the destination. As the resort is under construction there was no much services given. Rooms are good but there were no mirror and TV. Air conditioner was fitted but was of no use as it was not working. It might be because of the construction work which is going on..once completed i would recommend people to visit once.

I happened to go today with my family and was surprised to find that it was just me at the big resorts! It was a disappointment and little bit uneasy too being the only guests there! The resort is beautifully made with lot of greenery! The staff was professional. We just had lunch there and it was decent! It would be a good place to go as group of family or friends or office outing! They have good play area for kids and also adults (cricket), etc ! I m surprised why they do not have people coming to visit!

Nice place for outing with family or team... We enjoyed lot with fun and games.. Service was very nice and cost also reasonable which what they are providing.(eg- volley ball, cricket,unlimited food and finally snack with tea). Small dispointed with swimming pool, its not in use condition.

Old, decaying and in Dire need for renovation. Edit: Appreciate the team in taking out the time to reply. I really liked how you kept the native flora alive In the premise, lots of old trees. Pristine example of local bio diversity. But at the same time we really hated the sanitation in the restrooms. Please consider this as an honest feedback and improve on immediately. Now that you guys are rebuilding, please try to preserve the aged trees, looking forward to drop by after the renovation.

Worst Resort. The Service is not good. Very less games and the buffet lunch is also arranged under hot sun. Very Limited items in the menu. Non-veg ppl will be disappointed as they serve only 1 non-veg curry. The items are also not good. Water games are also very less. The thing we were satisfied is the Swimming Pool. The greenary is nice. Better to go prefer some other Resort for Team Outings and Family Outings. Waste of money and time.

Tasty lunch at Nagpur Highway after Medchal ? You have family with young kids ? Then this is only the place for you. GREENERY everywhere , trees & happy atmosphere are the strengths ! Children's play areas are bigger and full of different types of equipments. Services are excellent. Rates are reasonable. Car parking is no issue. Management is soft spoken and humble ! This Resort Club is the best example of , how one can live his dreams. It's passion converted into reality !! Must try place !!!

I have went from school and it was very small it consists only one pool and that to water was very bad ququality! The park had some activities like outdoor climbing games for small children.its better to go with a damily like 12-20 people but not more than that! The food was not good!

A green resort with hardly any staff to maintain it..Maybe it was the September month because there was no staff whatsover to attend to you...the entrance fee of 200 per head was collected at the gate by the security...the reception place looked like it was ransacked recently with no staff or furnitures...We had to find ask people to check if food could be provided...the park wasn't clean due to the recent rains and we couldnt get kids enjoy on most of the play area...the swimming pool was being cleaned when we went there...making it unusable...not that we wanted to...All in all, this requires a whole lot of maintainence...with enough staff it could become a better place...but for now I'll never go back or recommend anyone..
