It's okay kind of Lodge to stay overnight on hurry business trips. Hygiene has to be increased. Staff are good. Very small parking space in cellar to accommodate 3-4 cars. Reception desk is also situated in cellar.

I had a terrible exprience at this hotel recently when i stayed. I booked 4 rooms (2 ac and 2 non ac). Issues as below||a) no power back up inverter or generator. At midnight 12.30 power went for nearly 1 hour. when I rang they say they are waiting for power to come instead of switching on the genarator which they have. Spoiled my next day entire itenary as woke up late due to disturb sleep.||b) filthy bathrooms where flush didn't work in our bathrooms.||c) rooms have fungus marks all over the walls, which gives odd odour in the room||d) unfriendly reception staff(venugopal) who doesn't know what he talks. When rang to ask why wifi not coming he says it has certain range and won't cover all rooms, no storage places in the rooms to keep luggage so to unpack. Only two power points, One of Charging point is well above the wall where its very difficult to charge, when asked he says no one complained and it is what it is. Such rude responses, especially when spoke directly he sits on his chair with legs on top of each other and speaks with a highly dont care attitude.||e) hotel allows young people to come and drink in there rooms. I heard one guest asking if they can drink alchohol, the reception(venugopal) saying if there is any issues with authorities then hotel is not responsible, but he is not saying alcohol is not allowed. Highly dangerous for family people like us.||f) linen provided is in a terrible position, pillow covers are dirty(had to ask to replace), towels in few rooms are so worn out that you don't want to touch them.||g) half of the lights doesn't work in the room. When asked for bed light which is not working, venugopal says he doesn't have any. I have to suggest him to get from non occupied room, which eventually got replaced by the attendant.||h) 3 rooms got checked out at 8am when time was 12pm, and i asked that i will hold on to one room till 2ish instead of 12pm. He says online booking till 12pm which i know so requested him, he was very hesitant but said yes but venugopal didn't communicate anything to the day staff murali and he asks us to vacate at 12.45pm while we were touring places. I explained to him of the delay in my itenary due to the lack of sleep and that venugopal said yes till 2pm. He was very unhappy for me staying past my checkout time, but hotel doesn't provide things promised but expects us to follow rules by book even after special requests. I also requested when i check-in to give one AC room which they had vacant instead of 2 non ac rooms but the OWNER(venugopal spoke to him) said we have to pay extra for 2 more guests even though it costs same for 2 non AC and one AC room. Apparently the owner wants extra money but doesn't want to provide the service/facilities which he should.||i) you can hear train sounds which again disturbs your sleep at night as railway tracks pass not far from the hotel..||j) No parking for big cars or vans as the cellar entrance has very limited height and can only adjust small cars. Can't park on the road as its busy, they said we can park at there other hotel but that guy refused my driver to allow his vehicle to park||k) No facilties for tourist bus driver to fresh up which normally most of the hotels have, so had to give our room to fresh up and delay further our trip start times.||||Only grace point to this hotel is its around 1.5kms from warangal railway station.||||Strong advise is not to visit this hotel at all times, very bad in all aspects and i took time to write this review so no others will suffer.

Please Don't Take A/C Rooms , A/C It Will work Only Night Time , Day Time Not Work, If ask in Reception He Told Power or A/C Problem, We Cannot Do Anything like this

The only deficiency is that they do not have a dedicated inhouse kitchen for tea & coffee. The staff is very cordial and co-operative. Location great. Hardly 500mtr from railway station and bus depot, and business town.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at this hotel in the last week of November. Initially we were lodged at 3rd floor, but later we were shifted to 1st floor since the WiFi wasn't working on 3rd floor. The following was my experience. Cons: 1) TVs don't work. (that's mentioned explicitly at the reception.) 2) I faced an issue with WiFi on 3rd floor (they tried rectifying it, but when they couldn't they shifted me to 1st floor) 3) Nobody came to clean up the room ( though we never left the room in the mornings and never asked them too) 4) Bathroom on 3rd floor could have been cleaner. Pros 1) Very helpful staff. Just loved their attitude, friendly and helpful nature. 2) Extremely spacious rooms. 3) Extremely spacious storage spaces 4) Restaurant food is good and reasonably priced 5) Proper sanitation processes followed 6) WiFi connectivity is great and constant. On the 1st floor it never broke and I got 21 Mbps 7) It's near Medicover hospital. Very convenient to reach. Amenities 1) Towels, soap, geyser 2) Electric kettle 3) 2 cups, saucers and glasses 4) AC and fans 5) Extremely wide table area and 1 chair. I will definitely keep coming back here. An absolutely fantastic place.

Good and clean rooms , water facility, near station. TV provided in rooms. Housekeeping seems ok. Didn't get wi-fi. But while giving advance they won't give bill and hence while check out they try to cheat customers by overstating the rent amount. Be careful ! Take bill while taking room else find another place to stay

Room is little bit costly but newly renovated they don't change bed sheet and pellow cover overall experience is just ok ok because of renovated rooms

The hotel is below the bench mark. They placed in Cleartrip. Cleartrip has to maintain some norms to consider a hotel. Yes you can consider in to the lower segment hotel otherwise. Unnecessaryly we are paying the highest amount for low quality hotel. They are charging ac 1700/- for single occupancy There is no complimentary breakfast blankets are of cheap quality. We can get it for RS 800. This type of hotel.
