OYO Suraj Residency

This is the worst accomodation that I have ever experienced. Room is very congested. Blankets are very dirty it seems that they did not change/ wash blankets over months. They demanding double the rental charge than they displayed in OYO app. I suggest the other customers do not use OYO app for booking accomodation.

One of the worst experience that I ever had. It is on top of a local bar, now you can know what Kindof customers you can expect here. The receptionist there was a drunkard and use abusive language too. The rooms were filled with cigarette, alcohol and food stench. The bed sheets were covered with oil marks from food too.

Room is in very bad condition. Flooring is dug up at two places and is left open. Bedsheets are very dirty. Foot prints are visible on it. OYO Pillows are totally dirty with full black oil marks.Towel provided is very dirty. Wash basin is very dirty. OYO band across the bed is very dirty. No intercom facility available. To address each and every problem, I have to personally go to the reception counter and discuss. Further, most of the time no person is available at the reception. I have wait for the person to come or make another visit. On request only mosquito repellent is provided. That too machine is not working. TV remote not working. AC not working. I have to visit reception every time to address these issues and get it attended. No complementary breakfast provided. Overall my experience with the hotel is very bad.

It is not worth staying here. We booked an AC room for 2 days through goibibo whatever this hotel got review is fake, the room is not clean water is not properly coming. The washroom is in bad condition everywhere black ant is moving. AC is there but not working. Windows are there but without curtains. The bed sheet and pillow are totally dirty. The caretaker is not a responsible person for every problem we face, he is not solving on time. And it is situated near the potato, onion and oil wholesale godowns, so all time there is a smell of that.

1.Staff behaviour is Rude. 2.They provide used bedsheet in that Hair is sticking, after complaint they agree to change. 3.Room is below average and location is remote 4.I booked hotel via OYO ,i paid amount online and balance amount paid at property and staff didn't check in ,after some time oyo cancel my order,due to hotel staff mistake my booking got cancelled and he is shouting ,and saying you have to pay 1200 finally i paid 1000 for 6 hr. 5.AC working properly. 6. Mobile charging point not available 7.over all very Bad experience and they are al also more concerned about rating,why you gave rating like this

Very bad experience with this Hotel stay. Check in time taken 45 mins after long discussion. Lot of bad smell in the rooms. Not Washed bedsheets and Damaged too.

I booked single room for 904 rupees but when i go to oyo, he asked to pay 1500. Otherwise, he told there is no room available.. I don't have any other option at that time. So, I paid 1500 and took a room. But the room he alloted to me is worst (took 1 hr to allocate room,No change of bedsheets, No lock to inside bathroom door etc) .. There is no car parking also.. Overall, Its worst experience for me in Suraj residency.

I booked online at a concession price but when I have shown the booking slip at the reception. He did not honour he said this is an online booking we will not accept it. I was so disappointed and frustrated I booked another hotel. The Suraj Hotel picture is good but the location is very bad and worse.
