Hotel SkyLand

The management's behavior was outright rude and unprofessional. They promised a king-size bed but gave us a twin bed instead. At check-in, they claimed the Deluxe room was unavailable and downgraded us to a Standard room while still charging the Deluxe room rate. Despite initially stating the room rate was 1500 per day inclusive of all charges, this promise was not honored. To make matters worse, my room was not cleaned for two days straight, and they only cleaned it after we explicitly requested it. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Blasterd staff reception people allll Zero service please no one any book room in this hotel... Is hotel ka staff acha nahi hai reception bhi achha nahi ... Parking bhi nahi hona. .. daily morning 6am call for car parking remove car... Not sleep well

Even though the rooms and service are good there is not enough car parking. Only two cars can be parked inside the premises.. if you reach late you might have to park in the street and we went during holidays it was difficult for parking.

Room was impeccably clean & well-maintained.Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel is not safe for women travelling alone. The owner is so rude that he made me checkout at 10.02, even though I told him I will leave in 10-15 mins as I was just waiting for my colleague to pick me. Since they do not have any waiting area as well, I had to wait for my colleague on the road There is no restaurant in this hotel and there is only one small canteen nearby in the area that you have to be dependent upon.

It's embies is good and have a great cleanliness in our room i like it very much

It is a safe and clean place for families to stay, there is no car parking facility, need to park on the road.

Rooms are decently clean but rooms are small for the price we pay.. don't have enough parking to park cars.
