Disappointed Visit to Hotel Ratna I recently revisited Hotel Ratna after a few months, hoping to relive the good old experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. The ambiance, which was once pleasant and well-maintained, now feels neglected. The staff seemed disorganized and took a long time to take and serve the order. I ordered the veg meals, which turned out to be one of the worst I've had in recent times. The curries lacked flavor and quality, and to my surprise, the curd seemed expired. Overall, it was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it based on this experience. 0 RATING

This hotel was an utter disappointment from the moment we stepped in. The room was incredibly dirty, with stained sheets, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff were unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns about the condition of the room. Must try pot biryani Rooms and neatness is ok but housekeeping is too slow if you ask for towel they will take 20 minutes this is not my first experience this happens always

Good location. Normal food. Cost little high. Quality ok. Could be more in terms of quality and maintenance. Veg and non veg available.

We had lunch 4 years back It was pretti good but on the other day few days back quality is pathetic

Not so good it's below average coz of old furniture poor staff response ordinary maintenance

If you're a looking for a decent place with a good quality food don't check in here.. Food here is not at all good.. Service is like Ok.. Rooms are not as shown in the photos.. Too small..
