Flagship Hotel R Square

Exceptionally rude behaviour of the staff and the owner. Rooms are nothing like shown in the pictures.

The hotel is average. Located 2kms away from NITW and nearby main road. ||The receptionist was not a professional guy and was playing PUBG and not responding properly.| |The room is a bit old and dirty and the bedsheet too. Mosquitoes will surely disturb you entire night. ||Non AC room: INR 1200/-|AC room: INR 1500/-|Meals: NA||

I booked room with AC. After booking I went to hotel within half an hour and they said all AC rooms were filled. Then don't know how they accepted my booking. I tried to call customer care of Oyo but they were not picking up my calls. I had no other options than taking the non AC room as it was very late in the evening.

Hotel management is asking extra money as the hotel has less prices in OYO app. We have booked AC but they have given us Non AC rooms.

When you book with oyo..... They inform us the amount is less... By manipulation they try get extra money.. As booking charges are less... We don't earn money though oyo.. Vise versa

Room maintenance is ok but there's no AC in the room and also no ventilation in both room and washroom. They are not happy with the guest who got booking on OYO offers.

The staff was very polite and services were good they treated with good hospitality . But the tv was not working in the room which i was checked in
