Their rooms are average but the charges are very high just due to its on main road. Other than this there is no any advantage booking here. Linens are dirty, no hot water available.

This hotel enjoys a prime location on the main road, with ample car parking and making it easily accessible. Service is polite & helpful staff, The rooms are straightforward and clean, however the washroom fittings are in dire need of replacement due to rust and worn out. We dined at the Zamindar Restaurant on the 5th floor for both lunch and dinner. The lunch thali exceeded our expectations, but unfortunately, the biryani served at dinner lacked freshness and seemed to be reheated from the afternoon service.

We booked a Suite and 2 Supreme rooms in this hotel for a night stay for a family trip. While the location of the hotel is good and the rooms are also spacious but the bed linen and bath towels are terrible, very old and very dirty looking bedsheets. Even the washrooms are not maintained well. Pros: Good location Good restaurant - food is good Has lift and cellar parking facility Cons: Terrible bed linen & towels No breakfast option Water leakages in washrooms Bad washrooms- no maintenance

Worst service provided by them. There are a lot of mosquitoes and we've to confront them to provide mosquito coil. They blatantly lie, it's not available and after confrontation, will say yes yes and provide you, which is a bad precedent. Hot water is not provided instead of multiple requests.

I am staying the hotel room right now and writing this review Room is near and clean with Ac and TV unit working but the main problem of hot water which I feel is a big problem Here is the hot water story Had booked room online from Agoda and had checked in and was told there is hot water available by the room boy. But when checked there was no hot water and later on they said it's morning 6 to 10 am hot water will be available. It's 7:25 am now and writing this review , till now hot water is not coming in tap I asked do they have hot water facility working or not or wasting my time They said we have solar hot water should come from 6am they said 6:15 am and then 6:30 am and then 6:50 to 7 am hot water would come. It's 7:25 am now still no hot water and the reception guy says we will provide hot water and has kept bucket of water on electric heater the immersible one and is giving 1 bucket of water every 20 minutes Plus he argues and not accepts that there are not able to provide hot water Had to talk with Manager on phone and still no help. Manager said will look into but no use

Compact but well maintained, good for small crowd.

Room and washrooms were clean , visited this place with friends and had good time , the one big serious issue was the price , you can find better and better places at a cheaper rate. And they do cost additional charges for service offered , but I suggest not take them as they charge at unbelievable quotes. Also I left my charger there which were never returned , and when asked the reply was that they lent it to someone else. Staying at unprofessional place for such high prices is a joke.

Location is bit far off. You don't have any food outlets nearby and you need to depend on Swiggy and Zomato or you need to drive 5 - 6 kms. Rooms are pretty big and clean. However, bed spreads was soiled. I had asked them to change but they changed only pillow cover mentioning bed sheets are already changed. Staff are very helpful and they attended to issues very promptly and immediately.
