The location and ambience of this resort is very nice which in the center of lush green nature. This is the best who want to take a break and take rest in the cool and calm nature.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is undoubtedly one of the highlights - it's situated in a lovely area with plenty of scenic views. The rooms, however, were just average. They were clean and functional, but lacked any real wow factor. Unfortunately, the maintenance of the hotel left a lot to be desired. There were a few issues with the room that weren't addressed promptly, which was a bit disappointing. The food at the hotel was just good - not exceptional, but decent. There were some nice options, but nothing that really stood out. Overall, I'd say this hotel is a solid choice if you're looking for a convenient location, but don't expect to be blown away by the amenities or service. 3/5 stars"

Rooms are average but the location and the service are superb. They could have maintained a bit better. The staff responded very promptly and were friendly when we had some issues. Food is very good especially the chapatis were super soft and tasty.

Location is awesome, climate, ambience, garden, forest area, greenary. Room Service is not available. Restaurant Service very slow. Parking space is more. Swiming Pool timing 7am to 6pm. Swimming pool not maintained properly some tiles are broken.

We stayed at Harita Resort for a weekend, on the second floor of Block B. The room had a balcony with a pleasant view, which was a nice feature. However, the overall maintenance of the room was disappointing. The bedsheets appeared old and worn out, giving the impression that they hadn't been replaced or updated in a long time. More concerning was the bathroom, where the toilet bowl had significant yellow stains, making it look unclean and uninviting. Additionally, basic amenities were lacking. Towels were not provided in the room initially. When I requested them, the hotel staff informed me that no towels were available during the afternoon, and I had to personally collect them from the reception later. The resort has a single restaurant, but our dining experience was underwhelming. When we arrived for lunch, a large group had just checked in, causing significant delays. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get a seat. The food quality and service were average at best. To add to the inconvenience, room service was unavailable in the afternoon, although it was provided during dinner. On a positive note, the resort's outdoor spaces were a highlight. The property is expansive, with plenty of open areas to explore. There is also a small park where children can play, making it a family-friendly feature. While the location and outdoor amenities are appealing, the lack of cleanliness, proper maintenance, and inconsistent service detracted from our overall experience.

Parking is safe and available. Booking only online or can be done once you reach the place but still online only. No cash or QR. AC room(2016/-) is not maintained, bathroom very dirty. Water in the bathroom you need to ask them. Housekeeping is available on request, extra mattress for 300/- Dining service available, on extra charges and tip. Food quality is average. Avoid taking rooms on 3rd floor, no help for luggage in n out. Pool as usual not maintained in all gov. resorts. Reception is curtious. Bad mobile signals and no intercom. So keep a note of all checks before you walk to n fro to reception. Mosquitos in night due to adjacent forest. The morning sunrise is awesome with fog resembling clouds at the far down areas. TV will work with struggle. AC with loud noise, have a check the attendant will ensure batteries are not working.

Building location is excellent. It looks like an old style palace from the outside. There are a lot of empty places outside the building to relax and enjoy with families. Gardens are maintained well. There are less food options. Rooms are old and need some renovations.

Good location to stay and spend a day in nature. Near the view point, Anantha Padmanabha Temple and other attractions in Ananthagiri Hills. Have plenty of parking for two wheeler and four wheeler. Have an attached restaurant with both veg and non-veg. Food quality is good. Mobile network availability is low, one should be prepared for it. A children's play area is available.
