Hotel Consulate

When we arrived, the check-in was quick. We had prepaid for 1 room(three people). The hotel was clean, looked well designed & professional. All the staffs were friendly, and very eager to help. Sometime after check in, we noticed that there was only 1 tooth brush and 1 towel provided for three people in our room. We didn't bother asking for it, as we always travel with everything for hygienic reason. The bathroom was clean and shower gel and shampoo were kept in large bottles, which was nice. During our three days stay, we were asked once if we wanted the room cleaned. Checkout was quick. During check-out, the receptionist asked us to pay pending dues for three cup of teas, but I reminded him that we had paid for it at the time of order. There were plenty of places to eat near the hotel. So we had opted to eat outside rather than eat or order from the hotel restaurant. They do charge extra Rs 1000(plus GST)/day for an extra mattress. This is on top what you have paid in GoIbibo. To be honest, the room isn't that big to fit an extra mattress. So, we didn't ask for extra mattress. Irrespective of some negative observations, I'll still prefer to stay here next time. Perhaps I'll be more vigilant about the missing items during checkin itself.

We stayed in this hotel by looking at the reviews which I regret. Hotel service lacks good internet connection, if you plan to work then make sure you have no urgent meetings on that day because you will not find good connection. Service, it seems like a PG. no towels placed no lavatory placed in the room well ahead of checkin. Room was sprayed with unnecessary air freshener to cover up smoke smell in the room. Electric issue in the middle of the night. If you are just willing to stay a night then it's good otherwise I'd have opted for any other hotels nearby US visa consulate for better experience

If you're attending a USA VISA interview, this hotel is a great choice for accommodation. Its location is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the consulate. The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent service, making your stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Had a lovely experience, would like to thank the whole staff for being so hospitable, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious, room service was excellent. Overall I had a great time and would love to come back.

This is a super premium property at a prime location in Nanakramguda. Usually frequented by visitors having US VISA interview. The US Consulate is just a stones throw from the hotel at walking distance. The ambience of the rooms and corridor lobbies was delightful. Enjoy a wholesome breakfast here. It's a 3 star hotel but certainly of 5 star experience. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

This hotel's location is for those with business at the US Consulate - it's literally a 2-minute walk away! This makes it incredibly convenient for visa applicants. The rooms themselves are clean and well-maintained. While the hotel does have a restaurant, it seemed deserted during my stay. Room service is available, but be aware that it comes with an extra charge. One downside is the lack of complimentary breakfast or even basic beverages like coffee or tea. Also, the check-out time of 11 AM might be a bit early for those with later visa interview slots, especially since check-in isn't until 1 PM. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining options. There's a good vegetarian millet restaurant right next door if you're into South Indian cuisine. You'll find other decent places within a 500-meter radius. The hotel has a spacious lobby, which is useful for early check-outs, but I didn't notice any safety deposit lockers. Airport transfers aren't provided, but the hotel can arrange taxis for you. This area is bustling with activity due to the nearby IT companies, so expect some hustle and bustle, especially in the mornings and evenings. Public transportation is limited to buses with few routes. Overall, this hotel is a good option for its proximity to the US Consulate and its clean rooms. Just be aware of the limitations regarding breakfast, check-in/check-out times, and transportation.

The rooms were clean and if you are coming for us consulate. They will help out in every way they can They have cabinets to store your luggage too.

Loved my stay here.. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent.... Would definitely recommend.... Prasanna Mam is the best HR and such a sweet person.She helped me with everything and she is really kind.Loved this hotel and its staff.
