The man at the reception was so rude and on enquiry they first say that extra hours will b accpeted but later they give some reason and even for 1hour extra thy take full amount. Rooms window were broken and chairs were a bit dirty.

Good atmosphere feeling enjoyed with tasty food.. affordable prices for all small events and big events..

You cant have visitors if you are staying in this hotel and owner didn't allow visitor to visit you and the hotel management was very bad

This is was our recent experience in the banquet hall, 5th floor, No proper management, very bad service, very unhygienic floor service, food service was the worst part, nobody on the floor to responsibly clean the plates, cups, waste tubs, water glasses, all are they have is the daily labor controlled by the manager who doesn't know how to manage the banquets & the very irresponsible to the customer.

We booked banquet hall for my kid birthday in the evening,they served morning event food in the evening event and just heated few items and served in the hall,few of the guest got effected and few items were so spicy with masala and not even boiled properly.. Worst service and no proper maintenance worst experience

The banquet hall was not so spacious But the overall ambience was nice

It was an excellent experience. Supporting management staff also kept the guest from room service to hall maintenance.. no hidden cost and false promise. Food was excellent home style curries. Restaurant level briyani's. Vegetarian Food also excellent.
