Ananya Eco Resorts

We recently celebrated our baby's birthday at this resort, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. However, there are a few points worth mentioning. The management required full payment before the event, which felt a bit inconvenient. Front desk manager unfortunately, was not very polite or friendly and, at times, came across as rude. This is an area that definitely needs improvement. On the positive side, Catering Manager Bhaskar was highly responsible and proactive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, and the resort-recommended decor team, organized by Pawan, did an excellent job. Additionally, Food Serving Supervisor Srikanth provided exceptional service, making the event enjoyable for our guests. The kids had a fantastic time with activities like the Talking Doll, 360 Spin, tattoo making, and the chocolate fountain, which added extra excitement and fun to the celebration. Overall, our guests were happy with the facilities and services provided during the celebration. However, we did notice a significant presence of monkeys around the property, which was a bit concerning. Suggestion: The management should consider retraining front desk manager to enhance her hospitality skills and improve customer interactions.

Dirty rooms, slow and poor service, untrained staff, rude and slow response- they have managed to screw up everything about this place. The only saving grace is the food tasting good. There are much better places available nearby.

Rooms need to be maintained and rest Location, Hospitality, Service and food are top notch. Thanks to Srinivas garu for your great support throughout the event.

A decent place for celebrating occassions, parties, get together, well maintaining, staff behavioir was good, hall also good and neat seating capacity

All paid reviews and fake ones don't go at all guys.! I went by literally seeing the reviews Nd the staff is absolutely not knowing a single thing about hoteliering or hospitality

We had a reunion of our school friends. Had good fun. But the service is pathetic. I need to follow up so much and the food tastes ok.

Staff cooperation was too good. Luxury rooms except for the lights. Obviously location remains great for any event.
