1. Room: the room not maintained well as expected. 2. Service: Everyone expects a cold water during summer.But only normal water was provided and not hygenic too. Please trying to provide a small water bottles instead of tins. 3.Location: please check your location.Who following your map location towards resort going back to the resort where the road is closed( in venture). Please re locate your map location properly towards your main entry.

Is the worst resort I have visited.I have faced many problems.like there was no proper maintenance in the room when we entered in the room there was no water bottle, towel,soap,paste, they gave us water after 1hr of Check in that to when we said.The refrigerator was not working, no channels was coming on TV, room service was very bad, in the bathroom dustbin was still having chicken bones,cup and straw.we call 2to 4 times and said about this. Indoor games was damaged..The food was below in average. The most of the dishes present in the menu was not there. When we asked the staff he said I don't know,you ask to the owner.The menu was useless. It took the staff hours for serving the food in restaurant and sending it in the room.

Horrible Experience at Papyrus Port Resort - Avoid at All Costs!||||Date of Stay: 29-30 March 2025 | Purpose: Weekend Family Trip||||Our stay at Papyrus Port Resort was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This so-called "resort" is nothing but a name-sake establishment with zero regard for guest comfort or basic hospitality. Here's a breakdown of our disastrous experience:||||1. Reception - No accountability & Unavailable||No basic courtesy like offering water to guests after check-in.||||No staff available at night to address complaints. Calls to reception went unanswered.||||No accountability - problems were ignored instead of being resolved.||||2. Swimming Pool - Dirty & Non-Functional (WORST!)||The only reason we booked this resort was for the pool, which we double-confirmed before booking.||||On arrival, the pool was filthy and unusable. Despite promises to clean it, nothing was done during our stay. Utter false advertising!||||3. Indoor Game Area - Broken & Neglected||Poorly maintained, most games were broken or damaged.||||Looked like a dump yard rather than a recreational space.||||4. Outdoor Play Area - Non-Functional & Mismanaged||Dirty, unkempt, and unsafe for children.||||Horse riding & rock climbing were unavailable - staff nowhere to be found.||||5. Food & Dining - Mosquito-Infested & Slow Service||Food quality was decent, but the dining hall was full of mosquitoes at night.||||Room service was extremely slow - took ages for even basic requests.||||No soft drinks or cool drinking water available when needed.||||6. Room - Late Check-In & Poor Hygiene||Despite pre-booking and confirming an early check-in (2 PM), our room was not ready until 3:30 PM.||||Used water bottles lying around - disgusting lack of cleanliness.||||No soaps or shampoo provided initially; had to beg for basics the next morning.||||7. No Water Supply - Zero Emergency Help||Early morning, no water in the washroom!||||Reception was unmanned, calls went unanswered.||||Not even a bucket of water was provided as an alternative. Shameful!||||Final Verdict: A Complete Scam!||Papyrus Port Resort is a fraud - charging premium prices for sub-standard facilities, terrible service, and zero accountability. Do NOT waste your money or time here!||||Worst resort experience ever - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!||||Rating: 2/10

One of the worst maintained resorts I have visited.. least bothered about checking whether the room is ready for the next guest.. open spaces are full of birds shit.. corridors are full of dirt.. no idea about your door keys working.. door can open even without key as well.. enter the pool at your own health risk.. Never recommend this to anyone..

Worst place to visit. Bad smell all over the place near rooms. Pool rods have rust and water doesn't look clean. It feels like a slum area near rooms. Service is very bad. We went from a long distance almost 16 people. We couldn't stand the bad smell and garbage and returned after sometime.||Even for a try you can't book this.||I have video but couldn't upload here.

Hi Would like to take time and give feedback about this resort. The price is decent but the food was horrible Taste Wasn't good. There was no Taste at all. The starter provided is on of the worst expected a lot from the starter and the sweet was missing during lunch. Breakfast was also bad no toast bread only plain bread was provided Coming to room there was no water every time you have to call for water. Room Ambience was good Pool is not maintained u can see the rust which was scary

A beautiful place to be around hydrabad. The rooms were nice and clean we had an amazing time during our visit. The restaurant also had great service and the food was also good, specially the non-veg starters were very good. There are a lot of activities that you can do here because the property is so huge that you need at least a week to explore it fully. I'm sure I am coming here back again for my second visit. This place clearly shows True hydrabadi Hospitality.

We hosted our brother's Haldi and Sangeet events here. While the surroundings were clean, we faced issues with the water supply in the washrooms. After multiple calls, water was finally provided, but there was no hot water available for bathing. It would have been much better if the facilities were properly maintained.
