I would not recommend this place cause nothing is working normally in the villa, beds and sheets are not clean, kitchen is dirty, no facilities and there's a creepy watchman who was disturbing all the night asking for booze indirectly and after waking up in the morning ladies who came to clean the villa demanded money for cleaning up the bottles and everything after we paid enough money for the villa with no facilities .. this villa is in the middle of nowhere and can't order food and with bad vibes .

Not good at all The bedrooms and washrooms are not clean. AC is not working in 2 bedrooms. Bedsheets and blankets are not good. When we are vacating old ones that are arranged properly which we used last night coming the next guests used those ones. I liked box cricket and swimming pool that's it. Overall rating 1.25/5. Before booking this think twice thrice. This is my opinion and my friends too..

Place was neat, maintained well. 30 people can visit too, but sleeping is easy for 20 I guess. There are extra beds if needed. Cricket is a certain enjoyable group activity. Swimming pool is clean too. Washrooms are tidy. Worth for the money overall.

Okay if you're staying for a night or having a party. Sanitation is an issue

The box cricket area is big, but the speaker is a bit low if u visit Better take ur own speaker

Bed sheet must me immediately cleaned and should be Hygiene. We are seeing same bed sheets and maintained. Bed could be in better conditions Mosquito are More. Stay was okay good.
