Swarna Palace - Luxury Hotel in Siddipet

This has been the worst hotel experience I've ever had. There is no current water supply, and nothing is being done to fix it. I couldn't shower or even use the bathroom properly. The staff has been unresponsive and unhelpful throughout. I would rate this hotel out of 5, and I'll give it a -5. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, and the quality of food was top-notch. The hotel's amenities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. What truly sets Swarna Palace apart is the outstanding service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. I had a fantastic time during my stay and would highly recommend Swarna Palace to anyone visiting Siddipet. It's the epitome of luxury and comfort, and I can't wait to return.

Rooms are neat and spacious. Washroom needs some minor upgrade

Rooms are spacious and well maintained... The location is really good and security is fine... parking also good enough... The restaurant available in below floors in a plus... only thing is the bathroom needs a few repairs n regular maintenance... and the breakfast included is not a buffet but you can get only 2 plates per room which is ordered from outside and served...

Not Happy with the service , no pro active staff , every thing in the room supposed to be available by default to be requested Everytime. More over they will ask to pay the bill in advance which may not be correct. Tariffs are very high .
