Hotel is okay for a short stay. Room was spacious. Linen(esp pillow covers) were not very clean even after changed by the staff. Location is close to airport, not ideal if you plan city visits. Breakfast option is not in-house they get the breakfast from some street vendor and serve in the room. Food was okish though.

Over priced... Staff behaviour is rude and not acceptable. They only care about money. If you need any services then you have beg them.. only matters to them is payment... Card payment extra 3% you need to pay, GST bill is additional chargable. 2k per room is not acceptable where they don't provide extra towel or soap. Don't believe discount holding outside the hotel Usually I don't post negative reviews.. but the behaviour of staff made me disappointed and to change hotel. Got good deal in lakdikapool now.. its a purely loss to them. 30 days stay they just lost with staff attitude.

This hotel is definitely better than many other hotels in this location for the price paid. Bathrooms are neat. The only negative thing is that the rooms are not in regular shape and the location of AC is not towards the bed. It takes a long time to cool the room. Do check the room before paying.

Rooms are small but neat and clean. Staffs are humble and service is ok. Breakfast complementary is served in room. It was a 2 night stay for me and I had no complaints as such.locality is also good as it's near to shamshabad Bus stand.I rate it 4/5.

The manager/ the guy at the reception at the hotel demanded more money after my booking from Agoda, I've booked a room for 3 adults but we were 2 adults and 2 kids as this option wasn't available in the hotel booking. Overall the experience was sad as manager was arguing about my booking. The kids were tired and wanted to relax but the manager didn't understand the situation and kept on saying call Agoda. I had to pay extra amount on top of my booking. The hot water didn't work the next day morning and my daughter had to use the kettle for hot water. The overall experience was very bad. All the good reviews are fake, don't do by the 5* reviews

Word feeling very bad worst experience no Acs working bad smell from rooms told to owner cleaning staff came cleaned with phenoel and same repeated with in minutes better for winter season cause from ACS HOT AIR IS COMMINGfor Acs are nit working i think compressoes are notfitted so much of suffiscation and positive reviews are paid rewievs feeling bad experience totally waste of money better to skip this worst hotel its my hummble suggestion those who are looking/booking through online better skip this

WORST hotel. Had to stay for 9 hours. No water in the washroom. Wi-fi doesn't work. Electricity gone so AC and Fan didn't work for most of the time. TV doesn't work. Rooms were smelly. Too many ants and Mosquitoes. Minus rating only good thing is there are many restaurants nearby

Very near to ORR, wash rooms maintained cleanly. Bed linen and blankets needs improvement The food in restaurant is good, parking four cars but no compound wall.
