Avoid at All Costs -- Misleading, Dirty, and Unprofessional This so-called "Townhouse" is a complete joke. The room reeked of urine the moment we entered. It was so cramped, you could barely move -- calling it "cosy" would be generous. There's no room service at all, and to top it off, they even charged extra for basic water bottles. I had booked with breakfast included. At check-in, the receptionist was surprised that breakfast was part of the booking -- turns out, they don't even serve breakfast. Despite it being written in the booking confirmation, they simply shrugged it off the next morning. We had to order food from outside, wasting both time and money. We asked for two drinking glasses, and their response? "We don't have any." That's right -- a hotel with an electric kettle in its amenities list doesn't even have basic water glasses. This place is a disgrace. Forget "Townhouse," it's more like a dollhouse gone wrong. Unhygienic, poorly managed, and outright deceptive. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere -- this one's not worth the name, price, or your patience.

Very bad experience of its management. After booking and confirming on phone call. We went there from Begumpet. After reaching the manager says rooms sold out. Manager and staff are so arrogant. Thank god it was day time so that we (me,my daughter and wife) found other hotel easily. Overall it is not reliable hotel for stay. They don't bother of your travel, money, time and headache.

Very unethical and rude staff, we called the hotel when reached the City to confirm the booking, we were told to yes and reach the hotel. When we reached the hotel, we were denied the room saying rooms are already full and asked to pay 3000/- cash only if we still need the room. We had to pay the amount in cash which is almost double the agreed room charges as we had no option. I would have rated this as negative if that option would have been available.

They first confirmed the booking , when we reached at the location they said they gave the room to whoever came before us . We literally travelled from Begam peth station after the confirmation. Very rude , very inconvenient.
