Hotel SSR Grand

Pros: Clean and tidy Color and quality of bed and bedsheet could be white as is other hotels Cons : No wash room kit No drinking water No room service No restaurant Promised 7 PM check out as I checked in 8PM. However, was forced to check me out by 11 Better if receptionist knows English for good understanding.

Hotel is OK. Location wise best at walkable distance from Lingampally Bus depot. Complimentary breakfast available. Railway station & Bus stop are nearby.

This map location given is incorrect. This is a bhel residential colony that does not permit any businesses in it. There is no hotel here. On calling the person who picked it had no clue what this is. He then probably googled and called back putting the same location as on the net back to me. He did not know telugu either. When I asked him where here as there is no such place he kept saying in serilingampally. I assume this is some fraud . Be careful. Don't book online unless you find the place.

This is a good hotel at prime location. You can get easy transport facility to any where in Hyderabad. Staff r very cooperative. Although I missed their restaurant facility as it was in renovation. I needed a extra bed for my kids, they easily provided at reasonable rate. I thanks all staff especially Mr Ranjeet ...

The beds were very good. The rooms are also nice. But the complimentary breakfast was not provided. The food which was left by the time we came was not good and hence we had to eat from outside.

Room is spacious and good. Continental breakfast is only for showcase. Same breakfast on everyday and only 2-3 items served. Out of 2-3 items if any one finished, you need to request and reply of service boy is "Sir Sorry this is not available. Tea also served in Disposal (Paper) Cup. Without follow-up no salad is provided.
