This hotel is situated about 1.5 km from Secunderabad Railway Station and about 500m from the bus depot. They have limited car parking, and parking the car is a challenge, especially if you have a big car. We got 2 family rooms, which are huge. One room had expansive living room and a sizeable bedroom. Other one had medium sized living room and an expansive bedroom, with 1 powder room in the living room and a washroom in the bedroom. Bed is small to accommodate 3 people, however, there is a bed provided in the living room, where one person can sleep comfortably. We opted for complimentary breakfast, which was very good. Concierge is quite helpful.

We had a 5 day trip in Hyderabad, the place we choose to stay was metropolis. The hotel was well maintained with all necessary requirements. The stay was a luxury one due to its rooms and services. The food was also delicious with various food in alternative days. The staff were also gentle and helpful. Overall the stay was a great experience.

A very beautiful hotel. It has well kept beautiful rooms. Elevators work well. I love the complementary breakfast buffet...providing a variety of local and continental breakfast options. There's help for your luggage as well.

Hotel has not done due dilgience by offering us a room having issue with AC that too during peak summers. Rooms donot have celling fans hence AC affects sleep significantly. We reported it to staff, they cleaned ac filter and asked us to wait till nexy day. Our situation: Booked this hotel being closed to hussain sagar and charminar. We were travelling from sydney and checked it at 1 AM only to find issues with AC at 4 AM, reported to staff at 5 Am, staff tried checking ac exhaust and ac unit in the room, however they were not able to fix it and asked us to continue in same room without cooling until 9 Am to get someone to trying AC servicing. Alternative room request was deined, saying hotel is full (all 80 rooms are occupied). Again, after request at 9 AM, staff shifted us to another room and finally we were able to sleep. It costed us loss of almost a day from our travel plan. I am still disputing that one day with agoda and treebo, no luck yet. Suggest to book it via booking.com which is helpful to handle such situation.

I have been a regular guest at Treebo hotels, having consciously chosen them over Ginger primarily due to the larger room sizes they offer. Until now, I have had no major concerns, as I found the staff to be empowered to make decisions and generally be attentive to customer care.||For my recent trip to Hyderabad for a wedding, my friend (both of us Air Force veterans) and I booked a stay at Treebo Premium Metropolis for two nights, starting on February 12th. We arrived at the property around 5 PM. Since my son had accompanied me to drop me off, we intended to sit in the room and have a cup of coffee before he left. However, I was informed by the front desk that guests were not allowed in the room. Upon questioning where this policy was stated in the booking terms, I was directed to a general clause that read, "SOME hotels MAY prohibit guests in the room." This was vague and did not specifically mention that this particular hotel had such a restriction. I was also asked to check the hotel's notice board for the rule--something entirely impractical for an online booking, as guests should be made aware of such policies before arrival.||What was most frustrating was that no other Treebo hotel I had stayed at had ever denied such a request for a brief visit. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the staff escalated the situation, leading me to question whether they had been adequately trained in customer service. After about 30 minutes, I was finally allowed to take my son up to the room.||Unfortunately, the state of the room was deplorable. The cupboard door was falling apart, there was visible filth along the edges of the walls, and the bed was hard like a rock, without any exaggeration - far from the standards I had come to expect from Treebo. The room's overall appearance resembled that of a budget, one-night stand facility rather than a Treebo property. It was clear that I could not stay there, so I quickly booked another hotel nearby, returned the keys, and left within minutes. My total stay in the room was less than 30 minutes. ||Following this, I raised the issue with Treebo, expecting a fair resolution. However, their response was shockingly unprofessional. Despite my long-standing association with Treebo, they refused to acknowledge their service deficiencies. I requested a refund, as my stay lasted less than 30 minutes and exited because the room was unacceptably bad. After several days of "investigation," Treebo falsely claimed that I had stayed in the room for over six hours. Accusing a loyal customer of dishonesty without conducting a basic verification--something as simple as checking the reception's CCTV footage or their check in system which would definitely have a time stamp --was both unacceptable and appalling. I provided a document with time stamps which prove my point. Once they received the document to prove that I was there only for lest than half an hour and not 6 hours as they claimed, they went quiet. So much for a corporate entity taking responsibility||This experience has led me to conclude that Treebo Premium Metropolis should not be considered an option at all in Hyderabad. Furthermore, it raises concerns about Treebo as a brand, as they appear unwilling to take responsibility for service failures and instead resort to blaming guests. A simple apology would have done wonders, but Treebo likes shaming the customer. ||After years of choosing Treebo, this incident has convinced me to seek alternative hospitality options--and I am confident that there are plenty of better choices available.

The hotel is advertised as 3 stars. Unfortunately, the standard was extremely poor. We traveled as a family of 7 accommodated in 3 rooms. We were part of a group tour. We had to be shifted to a different floor twice as the key cards were not functioning. The toilets were untidy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bath towels provided were also filthy, with one even having something that resembled dried human excreta on it. Surprisingly, they were all neatly folded and kept in the bathroom. It beats my mind how someone in the right mind can put it in a room for new guests. No wifi passwords were provided. And we were unable to connect to the internet. There was no view or any particular sites of interest nearby. We had to travel at least 1-2hr every morning to get to attractions. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences we had in terms of room cleanliness. At least it was my first time seeing human feces on the bath towels provided in a room!

Hotel rooms did not have wifi password/was not provided on checkin. The service was very poor in terms of room service. We actually had a fully folded towel in the bathroom which had a hidden gift from another tenant, pieces of poop safety wrapped up waiting to be smudged. Thankfully it was found before we used it or it might have involved a lot more screaming and shouting than what we are planning to do. The rooms were fine but there were multiple instances where the provided keys did not work and we even had to switch rooms/floors midway because of the same. With my limited knowledge, considering it took more than an hr to travel to ramoji, im guessing the location isnt that great. And we didnt have any view from the room either. Also there was a police sweep in the middle of the night as well for some reason.. Had to provide id and open up my bags. Did not have an inconvenience but it happened.
