The purple leaf hotel is so amazing and beautiful. The rooms are so clean furniture work was underrated Guys come and visit once ....My experience was too good

The rooms are not well maintained, there are cockroaches in our rooms, the bed is old and makes a creaky noise every time. The bathroom is clean, and the service is prompt. The in-house restaurant is fantastic and offers a variety of spreads. It is quite popular among the locals and the food is great. They also have an 'Oh so stoned' outlet within their premises serving delicious shakes and ice creams.

Such a rude staff and they disrespect the customers and send off them after the checkout very rudely from the backdoor if they waits for the cabs too.. Don't ever go to this hotel if you want your self-respect to be alive

Everything Excellent!!! Sure Recommendation for a happy pleasant and comfortable stay in Hyderabad... I booked it thru book my trip and I am satisfied with the services. Restaurant , location and Service is quiet good but Just need some improvements in bed and AC quality.

Rooms ok, but breakfast very worst taste and items are not filled quickly, every time customer remembering, worst taste, road side vendor breakfast is better.

The person in reception is not at all helpful, they dont even try to help.. the only answer they know is "its not possible." They speak rude and cut the call on our face.. Dear Management of this hotel, if you have call recordings kindly check those, how your staff is speaking with customers.
