The Grand Solitaire Hotel

The service here is very good. i am a little bit disappointed with the maintenance of the room and overall hotel. They could improve with furniture, sanitation, and overall interior. It should be 3/5 stared hotel with a good price. Also all the staff are well behaved and very friendly.

Highlight is their own secured parking with guard, tough to find in crowded city. Comfortable stay. Property is old need some maintainance. Fixtures are old But staff is friendly and they make up in hospitality. Basic amenities like soap, shampoo, towels, package drinking water provided for Deluxe AC room. Reasonably quiet. Lift facility available. Inhouse restaurant with good spread of breakfast. Dinner is good but have to tell in advance. But overall cleanliness need improvement. Fuss free experience, 100% recommended for sightseeing visit or office travel. Not for luxurious stay.

This is a budget friendly hotel for those who would be spending most of the time either sightseeing or going around offices or hospitals. There is ample free parking for the customers. Complimentary breakfast is provided. It's preferred to have lunch and dinner at nearby restaurants. The rooms are OK, but exhaust fans need to be fixed in the washrooms. Soap holders must be fixed for the bathroom washbasin. On the whole, one can stay a day or two while attending to their business in Hyderabad.

** Disgusting and unhygienic stay-health hazard !** Regret booking this hotel. From the moment we stepped into the room we were greeted by dust on the floor , and it only got worst from there . The bathroom had fungus on the walls, adding to the unsanitary condition which shows that cleanliness is the last thing on their list of priorities. Cockroach was seen crawling around making me feel disgusted. The A/C wasn't working properly, making it uncomfortable to stay. The windows were filthy. This place is not just dirty. It's a health risk. Save yourself the nightmare and book elsewhere.

**"Disappointing Stay"** My stay at this hotel was a disappointment. The room was nothing like the photos on the website; it was cramped, and poorly maintained. The housekeeping service was inconsistent. The breakfast was bland, and the dining area was unclean. Bed was uncomfortable. No single fruit for breakfast.

Easy access from road with ample car parking. Front desk very polite. Room service good. Rooms are spacious and so is the washroom. Washroom is clean. Building is old so that new will be absent. Hallways are clean. Rooms could do with better floor and wall paint. AC works well but was dripping water into the room by morning...no big deal. Me and my ten old son stayed for just a night. If i had to go again... No issues. People wanting to stay in affordable hotel will like it... If you are looking for an experience, not a great idea.

I with the members of my family stayed there for three days. Room services were extremely good as with well behaved staffs. The restaurant is pretty good. It is worth staying in this hotel.

Rooms are good but the paints are looking like old they altered the all room they have airtel broadband infront of room but password breakfast is good unlimited and Verity of food no lunch no dinner etc correct 1year back I went and stayed. Thank you for your service
