Super OYO Flagship Hotel Elite Stay Near Habsiguda Metro Station

I do not recommend staying at this hotel unless your other option is sleeping on the street. Our room which was advertised online on booking.com is not as it shows in pictures. There is SO much leaking in our room from the A/C unit. In our bathroom we have two buckets collecting the water. The AC unit pipes are leaking and the toilet is leaking. We have been concerned we are going to get sick from the humidity and moisture in the room and walls. The window is the room does not open. The room is FULL of mosquitoes, we killed at least 25 in our room in 3 days. The shower is barely working with only 3 water holes that the water comes out of. The handheld bidet is full of mould and limescale the water barely drips out. The staff at the hotel do not seem bothered and are unable to assist with anything.

Location wise this hotel was right by the side of main road and can be easily accessible by local vehicles. It is right beside the Telangana state bank. The receptionist and all the staff were super helpful. From finding the locations in the unknown city to booking cab, rapido to delivering food they were being super friendly and understanding. And, the room was clean and large enough with proper TV and AC connection. I will definitely recommend anyone this OYO, if you plan to go there. And, moreover it was 10 minutes distance from the research institutes

Horrible experience! Booked it through Agoda for 3 days and couldn't stay beyond one day. 1. There is no provision of drinking water. 2. Extra 400 rupees charged for checking 2 hrs before, which is fine BUT GAVE NO BILL, and the receptionist got aggressive while asking for it. 3. Bed covers, pillow covers, etc. are horrible. 4. The receptionist confidently and strongly told, "No services as is written in the website would be provided! Only you stay there, that's it!"...No complimentary Breakfast etc. Even on asking the manager/owners phone number, he told me it won't be given. 5. While checking out on the next day, the first question receptionist asked, "Why are you leaving?", with an insolent attitude. Gave no bill, told it could be given only for offline booking. I never stayed in any place, till date, where the bill wasn't provided. 6. So, if a big chain like OYO/Agoda doesn't have any quality control, it is very difficult to trust them on future bookings. A minus rating is just, the provision that google doesn't have for this property. Had it not been for my busy schedule would certainly had went to Police station for a complaint.

Worst hotel, with improper maintenance billing receipts, service nill, with out drinking water, without hot Water for bath, rude in customer interaction, finally not recommend to any one,.

Used Bed sheets & Quilt cover have been given...it smell like hell... complained to manager but he was busy playing cards....never book this hotel for professional or visit work

Very poor hotel and services. AC not working and no cleanliness. Demanding extra money while chekin with no facilities at all. Dont book this Oyo.
