I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Royal Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Located in a prime area, the hotel offers easy access to local attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff being exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The lobby itself exudes a sense of elegance, with modern decor that is both stylish and comfortable. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a perfect balance of comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The amenities, including high-speed internet, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV, added extra convenience. One of the standout features of my stay was the hotel's dining experience. The on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast, and the variety of options catered to all tastes. The quality of food was top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxing, making it a great start to the day. It is located close to secunderabad railway station. Rooms are clean with good fragrance. I liked the room service so much. They are available all night and takes no time to provide you something you need.

At the time of check in, they promised they will provide a properly printed Invoice. They has not done that. The hotel is run by service boys only, and management is pathetic. Rooms are new or renovated recently. Location is also convenient. Hope these hardworking boys will be able to keep the rooms clean. For that, guests should give them specific instructions. Like, change the bed sheet, do mopping in front of me, change the towel, etc. Owners must put an experienced manager who will train these housekeeping staffs. You will have to ask daily to provide water bottle. Even one time I myself had to go to reception and collect water bottle which should be complimentary at basic.

Amazing property. Very cooperative staff and owner. They do care for the customers requirements and make sure they are comfortable. Polite behaviour of staffs is the best part. Rooms are very impressive and washrooms are very neat and clean. Will surely visit the property when ever I reach secunderabad.

My stay was quite pleasant. With Friendly staff and supportive management you won't feel uncomfortable at all. The rooms are super clean and maintained very well. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very close to the railway station and nearby restaurants.
