On Green Hotel Residency

I traveled from Bangalore to Hyderabad by bike and had booked an AC room through an online portal, with a check-in time of 12 PM. I reached the hotel around 1 PM, but upon arrival, I was told to come back after 3 PM as the rooms were not yet available. I was tired and hungry, but I left as instructed and returned at 3 PM, only to be informed that AC rooms were not available at all -- only non-AC rooms were being offered. The staff also mentioned that even if AC rooms appear available on online portals, they only provide normal rooms at the hotel. Their behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, they claimed to offer parking, but in reality, it was just a small bike parking space in front of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families, as it could ruin your entire trip.

Good for a short stay near Secunderabad railway station under 700 rupees

I recently had a fantastic stay at OYO Flagship On Green Hotel & Residency in Hyderabad, India. The customer service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff who promptly addressed any queries. The timely response to requests added to the overall positive experience. The pricing was reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, affordability, and overall welcoming atmosphere.

Worst place,rude and ignorant staff behaviour, very bad rooms and rest rooms. Bedsheets are not clean, they never change bedsheets, no towel no soap. When I quarrelled with them they give me an used towel and bedsheet. The entire corridors and stairs are filthy with used clothes and other litter . A damaged lift makes 24x7 noise "please close the door". Can't sleep properly. Very bad behavior of everyone.There is black mold in bathrooms very dirty. Never choose this place until a major management and infrastructure upgradation happens to this devil mansion.

We stayed for 5 days and got a decent room for two people at 800 + GST their services are too good and the owner and manager both are very polite if you ever visit secunderabad then you should stay here

Please don't book this hotel online or offline... Very bad service...no hot water in the room, bathrooms so dirty with fungus all around...The Owner and the Manager threatening us to pay more money even after paid.. asking us to check out in the midnight...Not even giving extra soaps after asking...Third class hotel... please don't go here to stay....
