Minerva Grand Hotel - Secunderabad

I had a wonderful experience at Minerva Grand Hotel. The service was top-notch, with staff being extremely courteous and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of flavors that truly satisfied my taste buds. The ambience was pleasant and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Overall, a fantastic place with great hospitality. Rooms are big. Property is old. Bathroom fittings furniture needs to be updated. Breakfast buffet is good enough. Location good. But no good views from room. Central Air conditioning system.

The place looks a bit cozy while parking and there is no good guidance when we are bringing a vehicle outside the parking lot as we are heading towards the road. Service is good and inside all looks so good and for washrooms there is no proper sign or indication to identify. The food quality is good and the taste is good. Interior design is too good and flooring designs, Assembly halls are too good.

Rooms are Very Spacious, very good Breakfast spread kids really enjoyed their Buffets, Lunch Spread is vey good compare to dinner Buffet, Food is very good, Rooms need renovation. overall very good stay, near to shopping area and centrally located

It is old hotel. Good location. Food is tasty. I felt little expensive for the current situation of the hotel. Always busy place. Morning buffet breakfast is good. But little restricted menu, can be improved. Spacious restaurant and good staff / Service

I am a regular visitor to this hotel and have always found it to be good (the reason why I keep coming back). Other than a very convenient location, it has spacious rooms, supportive well behaved staffs and reasonably good food. The spread and taste of buffet breakfast is excellent and one of the best attractions of the hotel. Rooms are also reasonably priced. As I mentioned that most of the staffs are good, but a special mention of the consistently excellent service of Mr Murali who is bellhop and one of the senior staffs in the hotel.

Overall good hotel to stay for a family but rooms are not really up to the mark as per rates they charge...we booked two rooms in December and rooms are not well maintained in terms of bathroom fittings...low water pressure, mattresses were very old and not at all comfortable. Pathetic experience about electronic room key...it never worked and most of the times we need to seek help from help desk to reset it etc...lot of improvement needed in terms of their rooms. But...their staff especially housekeeping, restaurant staff is too good....very good service by security team including valet parking folks... breakfast was awesome...just refer to last para for best experience we had in this hotel which is much appreciated. Location is good as all the spots are equally distant. Thanks

Good location and easily accessible in a safe locality. There are lot of eateries nearby and parking is available as well. The rooms and furnishings are bit older and I think there is renovation going on. Some of the locks in bathroom doors are brokeron and should check it before settling down :). There is a fitness room available as well on the 6th floor. The breakfast spread is good and delicious. There is lunch and dinner buffet available as well at reasonable price.
