Decent Venue, But Be Cautious About the Decoration Vendor We recently hosted a party at SVM Grand at Bowenpally and overall, it was a mixed experience. The Positives: The venue itself is quite nice--great location, good ambience, and professional management. The team at the venue was helpful and supportive throughout the event. I'd rate the food around 3.5 out of 5, which is decent. No major complaints on the basics. The Major Issue: The biggest drawback--and this is important--is their strict vendor policy. While photography is optional, the decoration vendor is non-negotiable. You are required to work with their one and only decoration vendor, and unfortunately, the quality of work is subpar. This becomes a real problem, especially when the decor is one of the most visible and impactful aspects of any event. You spend months planning, invite loved ones, fly in from other countries (like we did from the U.S.), and naturally, you want everything to look and feel special. But when the decoration is underwhelming, it really takes away from the experience and the effort you've put in. Suggestion to the Venue: Please consider allowing at least 2-3 approved vendors for decorations so hosts have the flexibility to choose based on quality and preference. A little competition can go a long way in improving service quality. Final Thoughts: SVM Grand is a good venue in many ways, but if you're particular about how your event looks--think twice. The mandatory decor vendor can turn an otherwise well-planned event into a bit of a disappointment.

We celebrated our reception party at Svm Grand Bowenpally in royal hall. The decor rates are reasonable, and the staff are very supportive. Svm team (Vengal reddy and bala raju) Decor team (Madhan and sruthi) they helped us through the decoration and arrangements and entertainment special entry for birde and groom it was aswome and they use all fresh floral and quality work. We chose their decoration vendor, and we got enough support from the event planner. Meraparty team.and the food was just marvelous. Thanks to the chef, you made our occasion much memorable. Like starters, maincourse extra ordinary. We enjoyed every bite of these. The neatness is also good. i definitely recommend the hotel decor team. that's all.

Sridhar I performed my daughter's engagement at svm grand diary farm road Bowenpally I appreciate the hospitality,service, ambience and food of svm grand . 1) booking experience was excellent kudos to sridhar menu was great. 2) grandeur of the kalyanamastu banquet hall was great. 3) in house boys helped me to unload and load the luggage from parking lot it they responded briskly. 4) kudos to serving boys they took care of the guests very well. 5) in house decoration was excellent. 6) kudos to prakash he was team lead in kalyanamastu hall morning he called me and followed the time line right from breakfast 7) he was asking me about everything Breakfast is ready shall I serve,shall i start the starters service,shall i start lunch he was ensuring the food was served on time the hospitality was great. I was very happy when I got feedback from guests that the food was excellent. Billing was transparent. No where i felt they are running behind money there priority is service and hospitality of guests. House keeping was excellent the team was working very hard. At the end the team matters kudos to team Kudos to SVM grand team

Good place to celebrate any occasion. The food is amazing. Their price range is also very budget friendly. Their vendor decorators are also very polite. I love all the concepts theme decor they have unique ideas and best quality Decor. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Svm Grand Hotel,and the event meraparty team. This was our 1st visit to restaurant. Ambience is good. Food was excellent. However customer service is not upto the mark. the waiters and person who is taking order needs to learn some etiquettes. I would suggest the management to train them more perfectly. They need to address as sir or madam. They cant talk as if they are talking to their colleagues or friends. I didn't like their body language or behaviour. And also vallet parking should not be demanding the tips. As per our satisfaction customer will be giving the tips. I would suggest management to take care of these things.

This is in an excellent location. The Hotel SVM Grand looks sober and very neat maintenance. I attended a marriage in this hotel. The hall is very nice and spacious. The complete hotel atmosphere is so nice. Undoubtedly, One can recommend the Hotel SVM Grand for family functions.

Dear SVM Dairy farm, Being as a regular customer I have experienced some changes in your restaurant abt shortage of your staffs. May be you are taking care of your staffs but a lot of welfare policies required as we are missing your kind, helpful, and caring staffs. This is a suggestion and request plz think over this. I attended Dhothi ceremony at this Banquet Hall on 13.04.2025. Hall is very Big and adequate for accommodating any gathering . Washrooms maintainance is unsatisfactory. There is no parking space available. Road side space is being used for parking. But inside the hall maintenance is very nice special entrance is so cute and their decoration is so unique with different concept they kept special entry for welcoming performance was extraordinary its new idea and the anchor was very polite and she entertained in different way I love it we all enjoy the party
